Whatever you do PLEASE do not take your love ones here!!!! My mom just left Monday 4/28/25 so this is a new fresh review!!!!! I was there everyday and my mom was there for a short period of time and have gotten a bed sore, I have walked in several times and found my mom medication on the floor!!! They do not cater or take care of their patients...I have had to report the poor conditions of my mom care on several occassions!!!! Some of the staff is horrible and rude...before you admit your love one, please aak a random family member their opinions before you admit your love ones...I was definitely fooled and later regretted allowing my mom to be there... read more

MY Mom had to stay in this place for rehab recovering from a fractured hip, the staff is very unprofessional , ghetto, ratchet whatever you wanna call it. There is no Leadership there and NO ONE knows what the other one is doing. Everyone appears to be dumb as a box of Rocks . People beware of this place it needs to be CLOSED immediately . I never like to give bad reviews but I will make an exception to this place sometimes I would sit in the room for two or three hours after pushing the call button for a nurse and then when I could finally get a nurse in there it was like pulling teeth to get anything taken care of one nurse in particular Michael would rarely ever come by the room I would have to get in my wheelchair and go to him to get any kind of help and then he would shrug me off and try to tell me he was too busy to work with me , unrecommended to go here! I had a loved one here for about a week, they kept giving her medications that made her sleep and too tired, like basically drug her with things that we don't even know what they were and put her to sleep so that they didn't have to do their job every time we tried to look for nurses, we could never find one and they were bedbugs on the beds that they bit her back, we also filed a complaint and an email when my loved one was there and basically they basically ignored the email and until we talked to them, they finally did their job, the beds also feel as uncomfortable as sleeping on bricks, she felt more comfortable sleeping on the sofa that was there, the rooms are also very small and feel very uncomfortable, people here don't even do the work and they are only here for a check, we call, never answer the phone, don't send, you are a loved one here Español: Tuve un ser querido aquí durante aproximadamente una semana, siguieron dándole medicamentos que la hacían dormir y demasiado cansada, como básicamente drogarla con cosas que ni siquiera sabemos lo que eran y la durmieron para que no tuvieran que hacer su trabajo cada vez que intentábamos buscar enfermeras, nunca pudimos encontrar una y eran chinches en las rogas que mordieron en su espalda, también presentamos una queja y un correo electrónico cuando mi ser querido estaba allí y básicamente ignoraron el correo electrónico y hasta que hablamos con ellos, finalmente hicieron su trabajo mal, también se sienten tan incómodos como ladrillos, se sintió más cómoda durmiendo en el sofá que estaba allí, las habitaciones también son muy pequeñas y se sienten muy incómodas, la gente aquí ni siquiera hace el trabajo y solo está aquí para un cheque, también llamamos, nunca contestes el teléfono, no envíes, eres un ser querido aquí read more

My father in law wasn't even at this place a whole day and it was horrible! It had bed bugs, they wouldn't give him any meds not even Tylenol, they put a diaper on him, had him under the wrong first name, and another patient cussed at him because he couldn't turn TV down. And they had him down as having alzhiemers on his chart when he doesn't. What the heck is this place? He even said they kept apologizing about bed bugs. He showed me all the bites! My mother was recently in Windsor Garden Rehab. The stay and quality of care was outstanding. She felt connected to the staff who were attentive, warm and quick responding. Trunesa the RN, reviewed my mothers medical records and implemented every specific detail needed. She encouraged both my mother and our family to allow her to be as independent as possible. she was my kind and willing to explain and assist in any way possible. The aids Miranda and Teresa were also friendly and responded quickly to any personal needs that were need. When one of the lights in my mothers room quit working and the maintenance team came to fix it they were courteous and conscientious that every other lighting was in the correct operation. The facility itself was clean, bright and welcoming. Our family was not only pleasantly surprised but also thankful that we were confident that my mother had everything she needed and was well cared for. read more

My mom was in a car accident. She has a broken arm and broken knee cap. she got sick and was sent to Windsor Gardens for Rehab. He leg was to be casted and for therapy to learn to walk. What did happen was they left her in crappy diapers for over 2 hours, they kept her drugged up so she would sleep instead of them having to do their job. They didn't fill out her chart so we didn't know what they were giving her what dosage it was and how often it was. She has had unteran cancer so she went to the restroom more often a normal person does and that made the staff even madder when you tried to address with them and they attacked you and when you fought back they attacked even more. Head nurse Paula is a down right royal bitch and needs to be removed from staff. they didn't even have her broken arm or knee cap in her chart. she was supposed to be on oxygen but the hose to go in her nose was on the nasty dirty floor with the machine on but it didn't have the bottle of water to help with the dry bloody nose so that was a real help. they had 1 nurse to 22 patient's on the ward but they did have aides to help but you could never find anyone. You push the call button and even an hour later no one shows up. this place how no care for the people there. They are there just to get a paycheck. This place needs to be shut down and the staff needs their certificates or licenses revoked!! we are filing a neglect casse with all the proof we have and videos of this place. read more

My mom's been here since Sept 09 and so far I've been satisfied with their services. The place is clean with a nice looking decor and the staff is very professional. Although mom has Alzeheimer's the staff does an excellent job of keeping me updated with her daily routine and they don't hesitate to call me with the slightest little detail which I like. Doors are locked promptly at 9pm so if I happen to be late returning my mom to the facility you have to ring the bell and hope the staff whose located in the back of the facility answers. This can take several 'rings' and cause you to either wait 5 or 7 minutes or call the facility to get them to come to the front. This can be nerve racking sometimes. Although they're good about calling you regarding changes its a good idea to follow-up with requests you make to them. They are BAD about returning phone calls which is my biggest pet peeve. The activity department does an excellent job planning bingo night and trips away from the facility which my mom really likes. Also, one other note, since I live approx 40 miles away it's not always possible to meet with the director or staff members by the time they leave at 5pm, so they'll make special arrangements for me to meet them on Saturdays which is definitely not the norm and I appreciate that. To sum it up, I do like this place and would give a recommendation for anyone looking for an assisted living facility, but for anyone looking to get the most out of taking care of a love one, just be sure to stay on top of every detail regardless of the place you choose. read more

Windsor Gardens is a great facility for Rehab and Therapy. My dad had a really bad fall and he had to have surgery. The staff was professional and attentive and made my dad feel comfortable. There was one Nursing Tech, Miranda, who went the extra mile and not only made my dad feel special but others who were patients there as well. I've heard a lot of negative things about other SNF's but his one is worth checking out. read more
