Unbelievable they don't do refunds! Store credit only?? Shop elsewhere that provides customer service.

So many mistakes were made. Matthew was helpful initially trying to find tires/spacers that would…read morefit. When test-fitting the rear tires, the tech used a front tire (instead of back tire - different size) and said I needed 1/4 spacers. So I ordered 1/4 inch spacers despite thinking I needed bigger ones. When they went to mount the wheels, they said - 'Oh no, you need 1 inch spacers - 'we fit the front wheel on the back instead of the front'. So I then ordered 1 inch spacers at my cost. When they finally fit the wheels, all was good (but it was not). When I got two people in the car or enough weight, the back tires would rub in the wheel wells. I thought it might be a suspension issue as the tires were fit properly. They weren't. I scheduled the car into a different garage to address the suspension issue. It was not a suspension issue - turns out, WheelXpert fitted BOTH spacers to the rear wheels which spaced the tires too far out which made the wheels rub the outside of the wheel wells. Not only did they get me to order the wrong spacers in the first place - they fitted BOTH spacers (1/4inch + 1inch) to the back wheels to create a rubbing issue on the back end!!!! WTF. I'm not a tire guy and even I am smart enough not to do this!! Will never go back......

Waited for correct pair to come in...and still charged me to put the correct ones on,...their screw up...not happy, won't be recommending.

I went to part source today at 1:45 pm to return an alternator purchased for $267.74 on 10/092019…read more On August 6, 2020 my car had to be "towed" from Airdrea AB to Compu-Care Auto Service in Calgary as the alternator was defective after only 10 months. The mechanic replaced the alternator which cost $367.50. I went to return the defective alternator at the original Part Source, store 795, 637 Goddard Ave NE with the original receipt. On the receipt it states 3yr warranty. The receipt also states hassle-free exchange or full refund. No where does it state that I was to pull out the defective alternator, return to this Part Source and exchange it for another one. My husband works out of town and I was stuck in Airdrie with 2 grandchildren and a dead car and I'm not a mechanic. When I talked with the male employee today he says they don't refund alternators generally and said he would have to check with his manager, Harry, and left for 10 minutes. Upon his return he said they will not refund it. I was not pleased and asked to talk with his manager. Then the employee claims the manager wasn't in the store. How was that possible, he just went and talked with him. He also claimed he didn't know when he'd be back??? So the employee lied to their customer!!! How am I responsible for a manufactured default that your store provided. I have paid $635.24 + $21.00 (core chg) + $41.00 to upgrade my already AMA membership as it would have been + $150.00 towing from out of Calgary further than 7km. I had to call my Aunt to pick me up from Airdrie with my 2 Grandchildren. Then I had to book a tow the following day and get a ride back to Airdrie to give the tow driver keys, and then be without a vehicle for 3 days! My family have spent several $$$ over the years and supported this store from when it opened. All I expected was to be compensated for the original purchase price of 267.74 for a defective product. I would been willing to take a credit had that been on the table...but not now. Having a career in customer service also means courtesy, respect and honesty! New update June 19. I went into store to confront a call…read morethat I received from Masood's personal phone number. I wasn't 100% sure but when I went into the store I put an order for paint and called the phone number that was trying to harass me at my place of business a week prior (I recognized the voice but wanted to get any doubts out of the way). So I called the number when Masood was in front of me twice and he reached for the phone after trying to get my order. This of course validated my suspicions about his intentions, he was trying to extort and harass due to the review that he saw in Google for something that he was 100% in the wrong. After this he got very aggressive and threatening and essentially said "get out of my store if I see you here again I will kick your ass". I am now following up with a formal complain through a few parties as this guy clearly showed what his intentions were. Beware of this business, bad business practice, aggressive employee and not only will he not admit wrongdoing he will go after you yo harass you. Previous review: I had to change my recent review to just one star. I've been going to this place for a long time now and have bought 36 spray cans by my count at $25 a can, you can guess I've spent some money in there and that's not including other supplies. I go to this place because their cans are good quality, the tips don't drip and overall they spray well. The problem at this place is the customer service and the overall service one receives as a customer. The staff is knowledgeable but they think they levitate and don't walk. They make themselves out to be super busy and have no time when there are no customers around. They are also rude at times and it seems like every day is a different experience. It's as if their mood is whatever they bring that day. I was there yesterday first one in the store before anyone else shows and spoke to Masood about getting a color matched spray can and that I needed other supplies and tells me that he'll help me in a couple of minutes for the supplies. He goes out for a smoke and starts attending to other people on the lot (ok I understand they have customers that have body shops and are there all the time) comes back and is too busy to attend to me. 45 minutes later, I ask where my paint is since many have come and gone before me with their color matched paint and he comes back with a small can not a spray can. 45 minutes to get the wrong order and to not have attended to my other supply needs. With this kind of customer service I am surprised they still have a business during the pandemic. At the end the color match was wrong and I had to come back for them to redo it another day.
