We walked in and were seated quickly, even though we arrived a little earlier than our reservation. Our server was Tad M and he was awesome! He answered my questions and gave me some great suggestions. I ordered an espresso martini and my husband ordered a Tiger Tea. The drinks arrived quickly and were really good. We started out with French Onion Soup and it was very good. I decided to order the Whiskey Chicken and my husband ordered the Hoosier Hot Plate. Our food arrived and it looked great! We were both really happy with our food, it was prepared perfectly! Tad checked on us a few times to make sure we were having a great time. This restaurant was really cute inside, I loved the lights and the old pictures displayed. This was my first time in Noblesville, and I'm so glad I chose Grindstone Public House. We live a good 45 minutes away, but if we get tickets to shows at Ruoff, we will definitely be back!

I have been back several times and for a special occasion in the banquet dining hall. The staff went WAY beyond their duties to make sure everything was beautiful and the food was great near everyone commented on it! The staff in the banquet private dining room was spot on. Event was in August last year, today I am in the app and msg popped up asking to upload it! Oops. So here it is. Btw all Clancy restaurants are amazing! Great staff unique menu option at their different places, always brilliant. Michelangelo's m, Grindstone on Monon and another dt indy escapes me and I'm super excited another is about to open in Noblesville. I have 2 daughters that live here locally both LOVE Clancy restaurants too.

I remembered taking a large group of colleagues visiting from India last June and having a really nice dinner and the menu had a variety of offerings to satisfy their dietary preferences. There is a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant although we were able to find street parallel parking nearby and my mother and I enjoyed the walk on a beautiful summer evening. We were greeted by a kind and friendly hostess who was able to fit us in as this was an impromptu dinner for two without a reservation. Our server, Sabra M, was friendly, upbeat and very professional, and patient. We ordered a half portion of the Noble Chop salad at the recommendation of our server. It included bacon, egg, white cheddar, heirloom tomatoes with a buttermilk dressing. The salad was very enjoyable. On this Friday evening, we were treated to a wonderful bonus of live music that was set up in the bar section, but we had a nice vantage point from our table which was a comfortable c-shaped booth. As I recognized multiple songs the artist was playing on his guitar and singing songs I remembered from my youth ( (Ie., Alison by Elvis Costello, 99 Red Balloons-Neva, Everybody Wants to Rule the World- Tears for Fears). My mom ordered the Filet Sliders for her entree which were seared tenderloin with horseradish and arugula (she passed on the red pickled onion) . She's very tiny, so the portion size was fine. I ordered the scallops which came with angel hair pasta and Chef selected seasonal vegetables and sauce that was delicious. For dessert, we chose to share the seasonal Peanut Butter Pie that was very tasty, rich in flavor, served with some caramel and chopped nuts to complement this treat. Not a crumb remained. If you're looking for a nice atmosphere, good food, and kind service, please consider visiting. There's some neat history as this is located in the former American National Bank building and the restrooms are in the former vault. Enjoy Noblesville, IN! ...Go Millers!

This spot has been on my list to go to for quite some time. I am so very happy that I finally made…read moreit there. We had reservations yesterday at 4:30pm, right when they opened. I was wondering if the seating here would be communal since they only have 9 tables and room for 35 guests but I was pleasantly surprised that we were seated at our own table in a bit of a nook created by bookcases. My girlfriend and I had plans that day to go to the Peony Festival in town but it was cancelled due to weather. There were still many beautiful peonies in the restaurant itself and in many businesses around town. We were immediately seated by the hostess and our waiter, James, came to the table to tell us about the restaurant and that they would take our entire order and then course it out for us. I love this. Being a small restaurant it was a little noisy in there but we just spoke up a bit to talk to each other. We started with a couple cocktails, mine was Mr. Rumtastic and my friend had the Coming Up Roses. Both cocktails were well made and good. I found mine a bit thick on the palate, maybe because of the coconut milk? Still the flavors were well balanced and delicious. We started our meal with the Housemade Burrata, the bottom of the plate had a pistachio butter spread across it and there was mortadella on the plate, a puffy fried dough called gnocco fritto, and a balsamic honey along side. We were instructed to put it on our plate and mix it up and see how we like it paired together. What an excellent way to start our meal. We would definitely order this again. Next up for us was the Lamb Kafta Kebabs along with the Housemade Focaccia Bread. The lamb kebabs were ground lamb skewered and grilled served over a fresh fava bean puree finished with olive oil, sumac, ramp powder, and black cumin with some thinly sliced watermelon radish. The lamb was super tender and a perfect medium cook. The focaccia bread was a good addition to this as we slathered the homemade bread with the super soft whipped herb butter. Loved the rosemary baked into the bread as it gave it a woody, herby note without overpowering it. I almost ordered the Spring Salad but I asked James if it would be going overboard and he said what we ordered he thought would be the perfect amount of food so I will save that for another day. We ordered a second cocktail, mine was the Persephone's Elixir and my friend ordered the Peonies in the Park. We both enjoyed these cocktails more than we enjoyed the first cocktails we ordered. The egg white on mine made a little frothy creamy top and I loved the slight sweetness from the vanilla syrup and the pomegranate juice. I tried my friend's cocktail and it was so refreshing, it was peony infused vodka with rhubarb liqueur with a strawberry-rhubarb shrub. Next up for us was our main dish. I ordered the Spring Ravioli and my friend ordered the Persian Chicken. My ravioli was the best pasta dish I have had in quite some time. I usually don't eat an entire entree, I usually bring half home, this one though I ate every little bit, I would have licked the plate if I were not in a nice restaurant! Housemade ravioli with a filling of sweet peas, ricotta and percorino cheese bathed in a potato veloute' with sugar snap peas, pink peppercorns, chive oil and microgreens. I would order this again tomorrow if I were to go back tomorrow. My friend loved her chicken and her baked rice as well. So even after all these food, and it was a lot, we had to go for dessert. I ordered a cup of coffee with cream along with Crunch-Dipped Peanut Butter Pie and my friend ordered the Double Scoop of Housemade Peanut-Butter and Chocolate Gelato. We enjoyed these as well. We will definitely make another trip here as the service, food, and cocktails were right on point. Thanks so much to 9th Street Bistro and I hope you have many years of success.

Picked a date with my husband and easily booked a reservation online. While there is some minor construction near the restaurant, it was still very easy for us to find nearby parking. Because the restaurant is small and intimate, they really encourage reservations and staying on time and not arriving any earlier than your time. We are both notoriously early people, but we hung around outside and walked around and we ended up getting a text 10 minutes before our reservation that our table was ready. I totally understand why they did that, as the entry to the restaurant doesn't really allow for standing and waiting. We were sat up front, near the entry and greeted rather quickly by James, who was clearly very passionate about the food and it made for a great time. While everything was delicious and the service was extremely top notch, I was disappointed that the meal that i was waiting to try, the sole reason I made the reservation, was riddled with onions! No where in the description of the risotto was there mention of onions. With every bite, onions! And I get it, I'm in the wrong not liking a very important ingredient in cooking, but I really expected there to atleast be mention of onions when some of the other menu items had their ingredients listed. Overall, will I come back, yes! But I can't get over the onions and how blackened the pork was (in comparison to the IG photo). A little deceiving.

The food, the atmosphere, the service--not one detail was overlooked, and the staff ensured that we had an excellent experience along with a delicious meal. Ble Bistro may look plain from the outside, but the restaurant is decorated to look like a charming Parisian cafe. It's cozy and chic at the same time, and it really ties the whole experience together. My family had a whole four-course meal, and every bite was better than the last. Even the cocktails were amazing, with beautiful presentation and perfect taste. I recommend the Leigon cocktail, which has a citrusy flavor and is topped with a delectable cold foam (and even gold flakes!!). We shared the mussel appetizer, and we couldn't get enough of the white wine sauce. We even asked for extra bread to dip in the sauce after we finished all the mussels! For my entree, I had the Basilic Poulet, which was a breaded chicken breast topped with a basil marinara sauce and fresh burrata cheese. It may sound simple, but trust me, the quality of the ingredients and the care with which this dish was prepared is what made it extraordinary. I couldn't pass up dessert at a French restaurant, so I opted for the macarons for the full French experience. Each serving comes with six assorted macarons, so it was the perfect dessert to share with the whole family. My favorite was the lemon--the cookie was light and crisp, and the cream inside was so refreshing and the perfect amount of tartness. Ble Bistro has become the restaurant that I recommend for all of my friends, and the place where I take family when they come to visit. It's perfect for any special occasion, and I can't wait to come back!

I elected to sit at the bar, where Laura looked after me brilliantly....warm, friendly, and apparently very good at encouraging questionable levels of indulgence. The French onion soup was absolutely delicious and gets my full recommendation. Then came the escargots... equally impressive, especially with the extra garlic butter and sliced baguette. At that point, any intention of behaving sensibly had officially left the building. And almost forgot the Malbec Laura recommended .... incredibly smooth and the perfect finishing touch. French food, garlic butter, warm baguette and Malbec in Noblesville? Indiana, you've been keeping secrets from me.
