While the ice cream was good and the service was good, I don't plan to come back as I can get Hershey ice cream a lot closer to home. Uodate: owner responded. I was looking for a sweet treat for me and the kids, and I'm so glad we came back! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They let us know we could sample as many flavors as we wanted, and were patient and helpful the whole time. The flavor options are fun and creative, and they offer kiddie cups, milkshakes, and more. Last time I was here, I had the Browned Butter Brownie and still remember it as one of the best ice creams I've ever had. This time, I went with the Biscoff Cookie (so good!), and my kids got PB&J and Butter Brickle. We all loved our choices--the ice cream is thick, creamy, and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. Bonus points for their sustainability efforts: paper cups and lids for most sizes, and compostable spoons! Kiddie size still has a clear plastic lid, but I appreciate the effort overall. Can't wait to come back again next time we're in town.

My family & I are regular customers, and today we even brought my dad along to try this place out…read more Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service and overall experience. We ordered four ice creams, one large esquite, and one small esquite. The small esquite had an overwhelming amount of mayo--so much that it was completely inedible. My daughter was really looking forward to it and ended up very disappointed when she couldn't eat it. I approached one of the employees to explain the issue and asked if they could assist us with a refund. She immediately said no and instead offered to add water or cheese to fix it. I agreed to let her try if she believed it would help. However, she then brought over another coworker who seemed unsure of how to handle the situation. They went back and forth, and eventually the employee who originally prepared the esquite told me there were no refunds and no real solution. What was most frustrating was their reasoning because my daughter had taken a bite, they refused to provide a refund. That policy makes little sense--how else is a customer supposed to realize there's an issue with the food unless they try it? It was clear the staff is not properly trained to handle customer concerns, especially when it comes to food quality. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve the issue left a very negative impression. Sadly, because of this experience, we will not be returning.

We ordered a holiday cake a couple days before Christmas Eve but the bakery team still pulled…read morethrough and made us a triple layer mocha cake a day later. The cake was beautiful (clearly Yelp's AI thought so too, and now it's the cover photo). The Kaluha buttercream was absolutely perfect, but I do wish the bread was softer - the vanilla cake was a bit dry even with the layered syrup in between. As for drinks - the thai iced coffee was nice and strong, but for our second drink, they made us a latte, not a mocha as I requested. They did seem a bit busy during this dinner time, but there's quite a difference in flavor between the two when you're craving a sweet drink you know (also a minor price difference)... While we've only been here for lunch otherwise but I must say their pastry case items look so appealing at every visit (oh how we managed to be good). Of course, we will be back to try those other mini pastries!
