I know it's also mistake of not making sure items are complete before leaving but it doesnt make sense for the delivery guys to not count the items before going out to hand them to customers. When I asked the guy what happened? He said the 2 items where hidden so he didn't see them. Hmmm. Sounds hideous and tricky! I had a root canal done yesterday, my son came over to check on me, assist if needed, and just catch up. He ended up staying over and left his car parked in front of my house. The next morning , it was gone. Nothing left anywhere as far as a notification or anything. First thoughts obviously that it was stolen. Then he mentioned it was parked on the street. I thought, surely not, but yep, one phone call confirmed the sleazy tow truck company picked it up. I called and spoke to one of the heartless thieves. I got the ' too bad, so sad' but you better have $274.97 if you want it back. You must be the owner and your name must be on that credit card that they are somehow legally able to steal money from. I couldn't live with myself if this was what I did for a living. I am not the least bit surprised by all the negative reviews for the estate portion, not surprised at all

Significant scuffs to the undersides, cracks, paint loss, etc. They all looked as though they had been involved in car accidents. The photos were taken in such a way to hide the damage and the tags had obviously been re-attached using a generic tag gun (all four had the same color / style of tag plastic, even though the helmets are from different manufacturers and years). Outright dishonest, if you ask me. To take damaged, pre-owned goods and photograph them in such a way as to make them appear new. Will never do business again.
