Unfortunately lately it's become really discouraging to even come in because of the terrible customer service from one particular older employee at the front register. Every interaction with her comes with an attitude for absolutely no reason. The first time I checked out with her, I bought a piece of glassware from the 75% off rack and she refused to give me the discount even though that's where it was clearly placed. I let it go because it was only a few dollars and honestly I didn't want to deal with more attitude. Another time I was there, even another customer told her she seriously needed to work on her customer service skills because of how rude she was being to everyone. Today was probably my last time coming here. I found two tops I wanted to buy that were already tagged and out on the sales floor. One was an Anthropologie top for $6 and the other was $5. When I got to the register, the same employee started complimenting the Anthropologie top and then suddenly said she needed to "go ask something." My mom and I already knew what was happening because we come here often and have noticed certain higher-value items mysteriously disappear once employees notice the brand name. She came back and told me they "couldn't sell" me the top because it was Anthropologie -- even though it had already been priced, tagged, and placed out on the rack for customers to buy. I ended up leaving without buying anything. It's honestly sad because this place used to feel like a fun community thrift shop, but now it just feels unorganized and unfair. Between the rude customer service and employees pulling items once they realize they might be worth more online, it really feels like this place is going downhill.

They were cute slingback wedges and they were a bargain. Watch the quality. These shoes were great, but there was a construction issue (remember, these are donated). Nothing a little shoe glue couldn't fix. But at six bucks and a little bit of shoe glue for a paire that could've easily cost a hundred brand new, definitely worth it.

I'm sorry that one male customer was so misogynistic and easily offended that he had to complain about (gasp!) a box of like new feminine hygiene products. For Pete's sake, buddy -- take a chill pill. First off, women have monthly cycles. Deal with it. There's nothing dirty or wrong about that, you chauvinistic jerk. Second, what Valerie did wasn't in poor taste, nor was it unethical, nor was it even (!!!) any of your business. On the contrary, even little stuff adds up, and it's Valerie's fiduciary responsibility to get her client as much revenue as possible.

It is now 8-5-23 and NO refund. They won't call you back, won't answer but every 4th or 5th e-mail saying the same thing. I reached someone by phone 2 times assuring me that it's been issued. Proxibid (whom I bought it through won't do anything) so I've contacted Texas Dept. of licensing and Regulations, sent them all correspondence and still nothing. If you like to be stolen from, then this is the place. I've read more bad reviews than positive and won't be buying a gun online ever again.

Feb 4, 2026…read more COMPLETELY DISSATIFIED !!! Choosing W2W liquidations was one of the biggest mistakes I have made in a long time! The owner, Ericca , came to our jobsite only once during the first meeting. I had a remodeling company for over 30 years and finally had to close down due to health conditions. Ericca painted a pretty picture of how the sale would progress. In my opinion, A BIG LIE !! She claimed they had people that knew the remodeling business and that also tuned out to be A BIG LIE. The woman they sent knew NOTHING about the remodeling business and listed things on the auction site in a very strange and confusing way. I was there for the 3 days the helper was going through my things to HELP! She refused my help and kept holding up her phone to let me know she could find everything online with a picture of the item. NOT ONE THING SOLD FOR ANYWHERE NEAR WHAT IT WAS WORTH !!! I paid for everything originally and they did not. That explains why they didn't care. It is strange that all their reviews on their web page are 5 star !! I have never seen that. I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR PREPARATION AND AUCTION PROCESS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND W2W Liquidations to ANYONE !!! AFTER 30 PLUS YEARS IN THE REMODELING BUSINESS...I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE AND COMPANIES !!!!!
