The painting arrived in excellent condition and was glad they had posted numerous photos of the painting such as close-ups of different areas and the artist's signature; not like most galleries that only post one photo of a painting for auction. As they are still valuing them as if they have a value, they seem to have missed the point that these wines should never have been offered for sale. Purchased 4 motorcycle helmets, all of which had tags attached (indicating they were new with tags,…read morebased on photos). Upon payment and pickup, ALL FOUR were pre-owned and damaged. Significant scuffs to the undersides, cracks, paint loss, etc. They all looked as though they had been involved in car accidents. The photos were taken in such a way to hide the damage and the tags had obviously been re-attached using a generic tag gun (all four had the same color / style of tag plastic, even though the helmets are from different manufacturers and years). Outright dishonest, if you ask me. To take damaged, pre-owned goods and photograph them in such a way as to make them appear new. Will never do business again.
