This company is the absolute worst! Stay away from Moore water!! Dont sign up for anything a Lowes or Costco. They are high pressure and pushy. The service after the sale is HORRID! The loans never pay off and are high interest. The price gouge for over $11,000. The salesmen are pushy and don't tell the truth about the systems. The rep that we saw was rude and wouldnt leave after being told no. The Moore's are from Wichita and are known locally as snakes. They treat employees terrible. NO WAY TO MOORE WATER! read more

Hired to change filters and they sent a guy out who didn't have filters but said we needed to pay $100 or he would be in trouble. Had to call main parent company to resolve. Rescheduled so he could bring back filters. Had to sign a waiver that they are not liable if the system leaks after he changes filters. Then he charged $320 which included the $100 we didn't pay for his initial trip charge when he didn't do anything because he didn't have filters. Over all, bad experience. We wouldn't use them again and we should have read all the bad reviews about high pressure sales and poor service plus high costs before we had this bad experience. read more

They had a form to fill out at Home Depot that said you could enter to win a grill or something else and then I got a call from the company that said they wanted to verify all my data before I could be entered into it so that's a redundant step now I'm going to get calls forever from people trying to sell me water treatment... Why is this industry so full of this kind of marketing? Just like vinyl siding or window replacement or gutters these guys are all just annoying. They're going to steal from you if they're going to do what they did to me to you don't think about working with this company! read more

We just purchased an RO system from Moore Water & Air. They were recommended by Home Depot and I'm glad we decided to listen to their presentation. Austin was not only knowledgeable about the water in our area and how their products could help us, but he was also a fun, friendly guy who patiently spent 3 hours answering our questions and showing us how our "filtered" water wasn't what it was cracked up to be. A few days later, we had they RO system installed by Tyler, another great guy, who answered all our questions. And to top it off, the water we're drinking now is GREAT! read more

They will steal your money!!!! We got one of their water treatment machines (10k) and the whole situation was a set up! They seller told us it would go on a loan and that ended up not being true!! He put us on a CREDIT CARD without our permission, which we all know has higher APR percentage. We paid on it for two years and only paid $100 on the principal because of all the cc interest. We FINALLY got a new loan from OUR BANK to pay it off and now we've actually paid of almost half in a year and a half. FURTHERMORE they told us when we got it that we would get one move FREE now they're telling us WE DO NOT AND ITS SUPPOSE TO BE IN THE CONTRACT which our salesman NEVER told us. They want a $1000 deposit to move the machine to our new house 1.5 miles away DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER read more

I recently purchased a water softener and water purification system from Moore Water & Air. Kellen completed the installation on our home. Kellen was patient by thoroughly answering all of my questions and went the extra mile by tightening the faucet on my sink and clearing a clogged drain in my basement for the backflow to properly empty into. Although, this was a huge investment, especially around the holidays, my wife and I are both confident that we made the right purchase for our health and our home. read more

The sales people from Moore Water Treatment lets you believe that once you buy their product - you will get household products for free for 5 -10 years. That water filters and air filters will be updated every year, at no cost. But the reality is - it's a lie. After paying a constant monthly payment for their system, nothing is free. Having soft water, quality drinking water and good air to breathe, all sounds wonderful, but check the company who's delivering it and the original price of $9,240 may soon come close to bankrupting you, especially when the company begins to tack on all the additional expenses of filters. Then if the system begins breaking down it becomes more expensive. First, if after the first year, which is the honeymoon period when everything is working right, the warranty ends and the trouble begins. It will cost $100 every time someone comes out to say hi and bring your next bag of salt or filters which is another $100+. The osmosis tubes broke and flooded our kitchen leaking down to the basement. Another hose broke on the soft water system flooding our basement. Did Moore Water offer to look into it and help clean things up? Not without sending a tech out for another $100 per incident. This was a lousy and expensive investment. So to court we go seeing if we can recoup some of our loses. read more
