Not only does he do meticulous ornamental work for gates, spiral staircases, and even boats, but he is also an established artist and has created very special handcrafted sculptures and decorations for my home. I would recommend his work to anyone. He is fair and will spend the time needed to make your project the way you want. He helped me with a small project for my scooter, but I've seen many of the other projects he has done first hand and his talent and artistic ability is mind-blowingly awesome.

I bought a new home in Roseville and called Surefire Fabrication to build and install a gate at the…read moreentrance of my courtyard. Glen and his son did an amazing job fabricating a custom gate in just a few weeks. I asked that they take the design from the existing gate at the model home. The end result was a gate that not only exceeded the quality but was 100 times sturdier than the flimsy one at the model. After they installed the gate I had a little problem with the strike plate alignment after it settled (the thing is 160lbs, so I was expecting some settling). They came back out shortly after to install a new strike plate which fixed the problem. Overall I'm very pleased and recommend Surefire Fabrication to anyone looking to do some metal work (they do signs too!). Thanks guys!

I got an electric scooter a few months back and have been doing some upgrades along the way to it…read more There were a few parts that were chrome that I didn't really like. I wrapped them in vinyl but vinyl just wasn't meant to last THAT long. I have always known about powder coating, but never really know what it was. After a quick search I was able to find out enough to know this was the route that I wanted to go. I did a search on yelp for powder coating and Surefire Fabrication was one of the first to come up. I sent a request for a quote and within minutes I had a message back from Glen. The price was the best that I got from all other companies around, and the turnaround time was the fastest as well. The process was super smooth from start to finish. I brought the parts to the shop, and within a few days I had them back. Surefire did an excellent job. I really couldn't be happier with the results.

I needed some siding replaced, and Brandon was recommended by my fencing contractor. I could not…read morehave been happier with his skills and professionalism. My "simple siding problem" involved mold and rot on studs, floor joists, and plywood. The simple and efficient fix would be to replace the wall. I asked if there was a way to not sacrifice wainscoting, paneling, and wallpaper to remedy the problem. I really appreciate that Brandon and his crew are willing to work with the client and solve issues in a way that honors requests. How refreshing to have someone who really listens and tries to make things work out to the clients' satisfaction. I have found Brandon's pricing to be fair and competitive. Whatever he has promised, he will follow through. After completing the initial project, I hired Brandon and his crew for two additional projects within the year. One project was, again, siding issues with underlying mold and rot underneath the fireplace. Again, project was completed keeping my priorities in mind. The last project was the removal of a full roof over the patio. I was out of town when the job was done. When I returned, I expected to find remnants of the old structure, or some visible evidence, of the structure that had been attached to the outer wall. Amazingly, the wall looks pristine; no evidence that there was ever an attached roofline. I have never seen Brandon, or his crew, leave at the end of the day without cleaning up before they go. Likewise, at the end of the project he is fastidious in his clean-up. I have future projects to undertake and will definitely call Brandon at Flooded Timber to see if it's a job for him to pursue. He's personable and knowledgeable. You can count on him to show-up and follow-through. It's a pleasure to do business with Brandon and Flooded Timber!
