He doesn't listen and doesn't care! Red flag, that's who I was there to see. After another 20 min wait in the room THE ALMIGHTY (CHEN) walks in and mumbles something about being late (ya think???). Goes straight to the computer and starts typing like his paper was late or something. I start by telling him about my pain and increasing depression as it's been6 months almost that I started my quest for pain relief. I apparently dropped an f bomb and he stops typing, stands back from the keyboard and​ looks me in the eye (for the first time EVER) and launches into a prerecorded speech the jiat of which was he wasn't going to see me anymore. My daughter/caregiver starts to try to diffuse and was invited out immediately. I left him with his very own f bomb a hole, hope you enjoy the reviews! When I first arrived at Highline, I could barely walk through the door. The therapists I met were Cheryl and Daya. The majority of my appointments were with Cheryl, and she was absolutely amazing! In less than 3 months with two appointments a week, I was back at full force. I'm 81 years old and can now easily walk miles, work in the yard and lift weights. I was sent home with 4 sheets of exercises that were designed by Daya. And last but never least, if I miss a day of the exercises, my body hurts!

My husband went to Dr. Strafford for a "rotator cuff" surgery. At first, everything seemed okay…read more Later, the doctor told him that he needed to do a second surgery on him because the first one "failed". So, less than a month after the first surgery- he had his second. When my husband was in the recovery room- post operation- I went to see him him, and he was crying! I asked him what was wrong. He told me that the doctor said that this second operation was a "failure" also! He was also worried that he wouldn't be able to do his job anymore. ( He used to have a cabinet shop). Seeing my husband so upset made me cry too. It was very stressful! So then Dr. Strafford came out to talk to me in the waiting room. He asked me if my husband could do "design" work now. ( He knew my husband's job required heavy lifting). He went to physical therapy, and then developed a bad wound that bled profusely. This was where his sutures were. We go to see Dr. Stratford. He sends us to an "Infectious Disease" specialist! This freaked us both out. We go to him, and he tells my husband he has a bad staff infection. He also puts him on strong antibiotics for 28 days. Now, it is eight months later. My husband still doesn't have full use of the arm that is on the shoulder side of the two "failed" surgeries. Nor can he lift any weight at certain angles. These two "failed" surgeries have been a nightmare for us!
