Got called a white supremacist for no reason by a teacher, but other than that it was pretty fun and the other teachers were chill.

My child began the summer program at VPS before entering preschool. She attended PS, Pre-K, and…read moreKindergarten before we had to move away. Since then, I've toured many school campuses to enroll her, and I can confidently say that VPS offers an exceptional academic program along with outstanding after-school options. One thing that really stood out to me was the weekly presentations my daughter did. I believe they were based on alphabet items, though I may be mistaken. Regardless, these presentations were wonderful for building confidence and public-speaking skills at an early age. The homework reinforced what the children learned in class, and the at-home projects helped them feel proud and capable just like the "big kids." The after-school programs are excellent. My daughter did imagination station, sprout and blossom, violin lessons, and homework club. It provides strong academic structure while also teaching manners, confidence, and responsibility. The staff is wonderful and truly knows every child. The only downside I experienced was when I requested a transcript for my child while applying to a new schools. I was told that transcripts were not available for those grades. I had asked if they could write a letter indicating they don't have transcripts or to create in for me but neither was done. After that, communication seemed to drop off, and it felt as though we were no longer a priority once we had left the school. Overall, I would still recommend VPS without hesitation. The tuition is also very reasonable for an IB and private school. I truly wish we could return to VPS or find another school just like it.

They really want her to succeed. There are many afterschool offerings that she's been able to take part in. We're very happy with the quality of the education at the school.

Whenever you see someone in their element and enjoying themselves it's almost as though you are watching art being created! These teachers have an art of teaching that resonates with the young ones! I am so thankful that we were recommended by another mom to start our children in this school! This is the best program I have found through my research. A brick-and-mortem school is the old way of doing things in my opinion as this virtual learning and homeschooling seems to streamline the experience and waste less time. I tell everyone I know to try this out and every time they end up staying!

VERY disappointed in Sage Oaks Charter School and their admissions process. I am certain there are…read moreexcellent teachers at this school but the Registrars office is a different story. Staff is rude and treat parents as if they are a problem and bother to them. I was snapped at by a staff member when checking on the progress of my student's application. What this school does not understand is that we (as parents) are trying to plan for OUR students education and if our student is not admitted and enrolled then we do not want to wait until the last minute to find options. COMMUNICATION from this school is very, very poor even after they collect all of your personal documents. I am hoping someone in school administration see's this review and addresses the very poor attitude in the Registrar's office

Redlands Adventist Academy is a great Christian K-12 school. What makes this school different from…read moreother religious schools are the small class sizes, the caring spirit and the overall student body and parents that are kind and united in the goal of quality eduction. I've put three children in RAA and have been very satisfied with the supportive staff and camaraderie on campus. Tuition prices are reasonable for a private school and the benefits for your children are unquantifiable compared to the costs/downside of public education. With about 400 students, it's easy for the students to get on sports teams and not feel lost in the shuffle. Transfer students will be welcomed with open arms, as was my son who transferred from public school into 9th grade after witnessing the drugs, violence, and peer pressure that's tolerated in public school. For him, it was a life changing experience when he joined this school and it turned his life around completely. Sports are a big part of RAA and their soccer program has recently been a stand out, earning several championships at the middle school level. Redlands Academy has been a bright spot for Christian education in the Inland Empire for over 100 years and I would highly recommend this school to any family.
