I recommend them any chance I get. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that I'm able to make all my appointments for the year at once, which makes it easier to schedule. The later appointment times also work well with my job. I also like that the ladies in front will break down my total cost for the year so I'm never shocked by a payment. I wouldn't say I look forward to the dentist now but I definitely have a bit less anxiety about getting my teeth cleaned.

I was told if I removed my negative review, they would "make it right," but nothing was ever fixed. At my last visit (after major knee surgery), I waited nearly three hours in pain, only to be given the runaround they didn't trim dentures to fit my implants lied to my face and said they didn't have the parts when tech brought whole container of attachments into room but doctor Seyal didn't know she did and tried to change them for universal parts that didn't originally go to my implants. When confronted about lies they laughed in my face. Prior to appointment they knew my situation and that I couldn't walk had to move appointments around get a babysitter and boyfriend had to take off work. I feel disrespected, dismissed, and dehumanized. My trust is gone. Patients deserve honesty, compassion, and proper care -- not broken promises and to be treated like garbage. Shame on this doctor and office for how they do business and treat people. If you value your time quality of work and service don't go here.

Lots of reasons -- they are friendly! I'm always greeted BY NAME and with a smile. Even when I call the office, they know who I am. They remember little things about me - like that I'm a Cards Fan, or that I was about to go on vacation when I visited last. They ask about my job or my partner -- you feel like family when you're there! The appointments feel very organic. They truly care about the client sitting in the chair. The cleanings are great. We chat the whole time, but they do have TV's in each area for the recluse or child. They communicate what's going on during any cleaning or procedures and even let you choose your toothpaste flavor. When you're all finished, they'll send you out the door with a great little goodie bag. When your appointment is coming up you'll get lots of reminders -- emails, phone call, texts, even a postcard. (If you bring the postcard to your visit, you'll be entered into a drawing -- for a tooth whitening package I believe.). I always seem to forget mine :( I've referred friends with no dental insurance in the past -- they've worked with them and really helped to make cleanings affordable. I called numerous other TMJ specialist who said there was nothing they could do with it, but offered to make me a new kind of mouth piece. I finally gave in and had a new mouth piece made and it didn't help at all. I feel blessed to have found Dr. Kurowski who was willing to work on my old splint. He fixed it and went above and beyond to make sure it was adjusted correctly. I highly recommend him.

His drill/filling was zero pain. As it turned out he also restored my old tooth's irregular shape to give it more bite functionality. What a deal! I began to realize that Dr. Frank is no ordinary dentist.. He's also an experienced, oral surgeon and a bite specialist. With all that, he took the time to go over some effective dental hygiene practices that were economical and new to me.
