She hardly stays in the room for a minute and make her staff to work the rest and by herself start working on the other client. Everyone needs more money but not giving proper attention to patient is not acceptable. Well recently I had the service done by her, I have crowned my teeth my front teeth have a bridge that came off I got appointment with her to get fixed she hardly works 5 minutes on me , didn't clean the bridge or my teeth and just glue it back and charged $440 for less than five minutes service. Apparently that was a mistake she had done and after a month that bridge came off again I came to get it checked then she said because of some gaps in between the bridge and natural tooth some bacterial infection happened so my tooth had been broken and have a big cavity underneath. She told her assistant to put that bridge back and give me estimate for the repair of $5000 as soon but since she has vacation and none working days so they gave me 3 weeks later appointment. The bridge when assistant put it back it was not even sitting on my teeth because of broken piece in then assistant told the Dr about it but didn't even give a second look and tried to fix properly with temporary bond she told me might be it will come off in a day but something from over the counter I can buy and use in the meantime and Waite for my appointment in 3 weeks. The next day it came off as she knew that it would be well I called the office if she can accommodate me in because it is emergency and can't wait for that long since I have been her patient since last 15 plus years and spent a lot of money every year including my whole family but Katelin replied back so rudely and said that she can't accommodate at all regardless. The worst worsted experience I had from her and by her staff. It was very frustrating and very unprofessional by her. I will never going back to her and neither my family. Very rude and unprofessional by her staff and by herself. I wish I could star her in minus 5

When we walked in, the receptionist, Regina, immediately greeted us and got us settled in. The waiting room had an aquarium and plenty of books to read to keep my kid occupied. The dental hygienist, Reeshaw, did an AMAZING job with my kid. She explained everything she was about to do before she did it so there were no surprises. She told me that since this is the first visit, the goal is to leave with a positive experience for my kid. They were able to do x rays and a full cleaning with no issues or episodes! I cannot express enough how well Reeshaw was with my child. She was patient, gentle and kind. After the cleaning, Dr. Haska came in. She also explained what she was going to do before she did it. My kid never seemed upset or surprised with what they were doing because of how well they explained the process and showed the instruments before using them. Dr. Haska did a great job explaining any concerning areas for my child and a treatment plan for it. It was about a forty minute drive for us to get there but I'll do it every time if it means my child will be getting the exceptional care like he did!

I was blown away by how little pain i felt the following days. Also zero swelling. He did prescribe a medicated mouth rinse, amoxicillin & pain medication to help. They don't have a lot of evening availability which can make scheduling tricky. I was nervous about going to see a dentist during Covid, but it felt very safe. They had me wait on my car, they wore PPE, i wore a mask (when they weren't working on my teeth), and they checked my temperature when I arrived. I don't think anyone loves going to the dentist.... but these folks do a great job.

Been in pain for 6 months straight, can't use the entire left side of my mouth. Was left in the chair for more than 7 straight hours on more than one occasion. She forgot and left me hooked to the nitrous for hours on another occasion to the point it made me sick and went through the entire tank. Purposely injected anesthetic into my ligaments on more than one occasion bc she was using so much it stopped working as long or well as it should. Worst dental experience of my life, I'm probably going to have issues with my mouth and with the dentist for the rest of my life. Please go anywhere else.
