I recommend them any chance I get. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that I'm able to make all my appointments for the year at once, which makes it easier to schedule. The later appointment times also work well with my job. I also like that the ladies in front will break down my total cost for the year so I'm never shocked by a payment. I wouldn't say I look forward to the dentist now but I definitely have a bit less anxiety about getting my teeth cleaned.

The last visit to them they said I didn't have to pay anything and later they sent me a bill for the X-rays I had done which they told me I needed them until this most recent visit where the dental hygienist told me those X-rays I had last year were not really needed. There was miscommunication in their part at the time but all in all this a good dentist.

My bite was off, teeth were filed down, implant hardware drilled too far down causing crack and eventually causing them to break. I've been left without functioning teeth for months. I was told if I removed my negative review, they would "make it right," but nothing was ever fixed. At my last visit (after major knee surgery), I waited nearly three hours in pain, only to be given the runaround they didn't trim dentures to fit my implants lied to my face and said they didn't have the parts when tech brought whole container of attachments into room but doctor Seyal didn't know she did and tried to change them for universal parts that didn't originally go to my implants. When confronted about lies they laughed in my face. Prior to appointment they knew my situation and that I couldn't walk had to move appointments around get a babysitter and boyfriend had to take off work. I feel disrespected, dismissed, and dehumanized. My trust is gone. Patients deserve honesty, compassion, and proper care -- not broken promises and to be treated like garbage. Shame on this doctor and office for how they do business and treat people. If you value your time quality of work and service don't go here.

Lots of reasons -- they are friendly! I'm always greeted BY NAME and with a smile. Even when I call the office, they know who I am. They remember little things about me - like that I'm a Cards Fan, or that I was about to go on vacation when I visited last. They ask about my job or my partner -- you feel like family when you're there! The appointments feel very organic. They truly care about the client sitting in the chair. The cleanings are great. We chat the whole time, but they do have TV's in each area for the recluse or child. They communicate what's going on during any cleaning or procedures and even let you choose your toothpaste flavor. When you're all finished, they'll send you out the door with a great little goodie bag. When your appointment is coming up you'll get lots of reminders -- emails, phone call, texts, even a postcard. (If you bring the postcard to your visit, you'll be entered into a drawing -- for a tooth whitening package I believe.). I always seem to forget mine :( I've referred friends with no dental insurance in the past -- they've worked with them and really helped to make cleanings affordable. If you need a Dentist, or hate your current one -- check out Bullitt Dental. They are absolutely worth the drive to Bullitt County!

The staff is so friendly, from check-in to check-out. I enjoy continuing conversations from one visit to the next. The atmosphere is so relaxed and down-to-earth that I forget I'm in the dental office and start to feel as if we are all around a table with pizza and some drinks (no sugary candy, though).

When I checked in, I gave the receptionist my last name. Without hesitation, she greeted me by my first name. Then, when the staff noticed I was cold, they brought me a fresh, cozy blanket. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they care about their patients' comfort. I was also impressed by the technology. Instead of using the traditional molds for my night guard, they simply scanned my teeth. The process was quick, easy, and fascinating to watch. As an unexpected bonus, I even had a credit on my account. I honestly cannot remember ever leaving a dental office with a credit, so that was a pleasant surprise!
