I was dr Tran's patient since then she started this office, she was used to be more concerned with…read morethe patient's satisfaction and being on top of any issues but since last few years she hardly comes in and check the concerns and care about quality of work. She hardly stays in the room for a minute and make her staff to work the rest and by herself start working on the other client. Everyone needs more money but not giving proper attention to patient is not acceptable. Well recently I had the service done by her, I have crowned my teeth my front teeth have a bridge that came off I got appointment with her to get fixed she hardly works 5 minutes on me , didn't clean the bridge or my teeth and just glue it back and charged $440 for less than five minutes service. Apparently that was a mistake she had done and after a month that bridge came off again I came to get it checked then she said because of some gaps in between the bridge and natural tooth some bacterial infection happened so my tooth had been broken and have a big cavity underneath. She told her assistant to put that bridge back and give me estimate for the repair of $5000 as soon but since she has vacation and none working days so they gave me 3 weeks later appointment. The bridge when assistant put it back it was not even sitting on my teeth because of broken piece in then assistant told the Dr about it but didn't even give a second look and tried to fix properly with temporary bond she told me might be it will come off in a day but something from over the counter I can buy and use in the meantime and Waite for my appointment in 3 weeks. The next day it came off as she knew that it would be well I called the office if she can accommodate me in because it is emergency and can't wait for that long since I have been her patient since last 15 plus years and spent a lot of money every year including my whole family but Katelin replied back so rudely and said that she can't accommodate at all regardless. The worst worsted experience I had from her and by her staff. It was very frustrating and very unprofessional by her. I will never going back to her and neither my family. Very rude and unprofessional by her staff and by herself. I wish I could star her in minus 5

I felt great about scheduling my procedure. The office was extremely clean, everyone was nice. Today I had my procedure with Dr. Dombrowski & Dr.Way and there assistant who took such great care of me. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Between parking, signing in, speaking to both doctors, and the actual procedure- I was there for an hour. They answered all of my questions, made me as comfortable as possible & sent me home with some extra supplies. I paid $98 to have both top wisdom teeth removed. After my dentist gave me my referral it did take some time to get an initial consultation appointment but after that, the appointment for the procedure did not have much of a wait and many dates available to work around my schedule.

After I arrived I was taken back to my room and assessed by the dental assistant. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. The doctor came in and proceeded to evaluate my tooth. He was able to replace the cap and I had no pain or problems since. I appreciate their quick attention to my needs and were able to fix the problem. A office staff came in with a breakdown of the procedures and costs. She gave me the total and my payment options. The expense was a little more than I expected but it was an emergency so I guess it will all be worth it in the long run. I am sorry I didn't catch the name of the Dr that I saw but he was very young and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

The dentist was so rough with me it caused extra pain, was frustrated with me because i wasnt numbing easily . Sent me home & said he cant help. I got the tooth removed same day from my regular dentist which lets me know he wasn't numbing me correctly and should go back to school . Idk if it was cause im black but i never had that experience & was never rude to expect him to act like he did. Ill never recommend this dentist to ANYONE . Go to first care dental pls .

In the past, I have gone to him and his son, Greg, for several procedures, including tooth pulling and tooth implant surgery. I have never had any issues following the visits. I consider both of them excellent surgeons. I also have to comment on the office staff, who are kind and patient. The atmosphere in the office makes it easier for those patients who may be nervous before a procedure. I feel very comfortable recommending them to all my friends.

My adult kids asked twice for anesthesia due to severe ptsd. They were ignored, guessing because they're 20 and 22. Made it a very traumatizing day for no reason. Office staff was very sweet. Not so much this dentist who my 20 year old who was told "don't cry, its not a big deal, just open your mouth wider" They had to sit and explain to this guy that they'd been raped, and this was why they had come here for sedative dentistry. Instead of simply running down the office's standard fees, she asked me about what I was looking for in a visit. I was absolutely relieved when she said the office has a program specially designed to help those without insurance! For $225 per year, clients receive two exams, two cleanings, and all x-rays (extremely thorough ones at that!). You even receive 15% off procedures. They had an opening at 4:30, same day, so I took it. From filling out my paperwork to x-rays, the entire team was so, so nice. Each staff member took time to explain what steps were next, and I appreciated that the staff went a little further to explain why certain things were being done. Like 3D xrays-- the dentist was able to see if I had any jaw issues, cysts, etc. I wouldn't have known otherwise! My dental hygienist, Lynn, was absolutely lovely--making sure I was comfortable, no pain, and gave me a lot of positive feedback about what I was doing right and what could be improved. Dont trust their process because your teeth will look terrible. Oh yeah, and they said I could come back in to get it fixed, uh no thanks. Why would I do that, cant get it right the first time. Then refused to refund my money and cancel the appointment I did have, mind you only to show them the damage, not to have them touch anything. I went to another dentist and indeed their oversight was horrendous. And the receptionist Nancy needs coaching, she's obstinate and obviously not an educated dental practioneer. ​
