After I arrived I was taken back to my room and assessed by the dental assistant. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. The doctor came in and proceeded to evaluate my tooth. He was able to replace the cap and I had no pain or problems since. I appreciate their quick attention to my needs and were able to fix the problem. A office staff came in with a breakdown of the procedures and costs. She gave me the total and my payment options. The expense was a little more than I expected but it was an emergency so I guess it will all be worth it in the long run. I am sorry I didn't catch the name of the Dr that I saw but he was very young and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

The dentist was so rough with me it caused extra pain, was frustrated with me because i wasnt numbing easily . Sent me home & said he cant help. I got the tooth removed same day from my regular dentist which lets me know he wasn't numbing me correctly and should go back to school . Upon scheduling my wisdom teeth surgery, I was instructed I must come in for a consultation. We scheduled the consultation​ and I asked if I could go ahead and get my surgery on the books. They were more than happy to pencil me in for the day before Thanksgiving. My consultation was quick, helpful, and comfortable. The surgery was as good as surgery can be! I was very emotional and scared but I knew I was in great hands. The bedside manner was everything I could have asked for and more! The recovery was okay but I did have to come back in and see Dr. Crowley the following week. Twice actually. Both times I saw him that week, he was reassuring and kind as ever. The ladies in this office are remarkable. They are knowledgeable, detail oriented, sweet, and efficient. Dr. Crowley is nothing short of that either. May I mention just how experienced​ he is. He actually took my stepdad's wisdom teeth out 30 years ago - a hoot! I really cannot speak any more​ highly of Dr. Crowley and his team!

After being…read moretold that i should get a bite guard for teeth grinding at night, my insurance covered the cost of one that broke within a month of dropping it on the sink, they replaced it back in 2021 with one that didnt even fit right, that was uncomfortable and hurt so i didn't wear it. This past year i saw Dr Sara and she recommended to me a retainer to use as a bite guard because it was a cheeper option and for being a board certified Dentist i think she could explain to me that a retainer doesn't hold up for being used as a bite guard. They charged me $300 out of pocket and i picked it up a couple of days before Christmas eve, she placed the retainer in my mouth and sent me out the door when i got out to the car i took them out and noticed a crack/scratch on the side. After the Holiday was over which was about a week i called asking to speak with a manager and explain what happened they said something would call me soon, after 5 days i called again and explained again asking for a manager and they said they would have Dr Sara call, it was about 3 days after that a assistant called and said they talked with the manager for me and said i couldn't get a refund before it was longer tgen a week but they would replce it. They replaced it with a new one, that has bubbles in the acrylic or whatever its made out of and does not have any molding to the shape of my teeth at all and does not seat all the way down in the back and was covered in wax which wont come off. I am fedup and pissed off. I cant even wear this one and they took my other one back I feel scammed by Dr Sarah. Dont get any night guards, or retainers from this place.
