That personal touch immediately made me feel seen and valued instead of feeling like just another appointment. As soon as I completed my paperwork, I was called back. Then, when the staff noticed I was cold, they brought me a fresh, cozy blanket. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they care about their patients' comfort. I was also impressed by the technology. Instead of using the traditional molds for my night guard, they simply scanned my teeth. The process was quick, easy, and fascinating to watch. As an unexpected bonus, I even had a credit on my account. I honestly cannot remember ever leaving a dental office with a credit, so that was a pleasant surprise! I walked into the small waiting room and was met with the best dental experience of my life. This dentist is a straight shooter. She explained each part of the procedure we went through. Instead of actually helping patients, it seemed like he spent most of his time writing Google review responses while people were waiting for assistance. The billing was also a mess. I provided my insurance information before my visit, yet the office still failed to submit the claim correctly. Because of this, I received a bill that should have been handled through insurance in the first place. When I asked about it, Tim was dismissive and not helpful at all. A dental office should focus on patient care and proper administrative work. Unfortunately, this place seems more focused on managing online reviews than actually taking care of patients and basic billing responsibilities. I would not recommend this office unless they seriously improve their front desk professionalism and billing procedures.

The dentist was so rough with me it caused extra pain, was frustrated with me because i wasnt numbing easily . Sent me home & said he cant help. I got the tooth removed same day from my regular dentist which lets me know he wasn't numbing me correctly and should go back to school . Idk if it was cause im black but i never had that experience & was never rude to expect him to act like he did. Ill never recommend this dentist to ANYONE . Go to first care dental pls .
