Two years ago, my plan failed and I had the worst pain my mouth I had ever felt. I found Dr. Ecken's office through my insurance and it was conveniently two miles from my house. I walked into the small waiting room and was met with the best dental experience of my life. This dentist is a straight shooter. She explained each part of the procedure we went through. Explained the x-rays to me, gave me details on problems, and had me in and out of the office in just under and hour. I come here for my regular teeth cleaning and I've always been brought back immediately for my appointment. Even after I move, I'll be coming back to this dentist.

I've been to a lot of dental offices, but Bell Dental stands out!…read more From the moment I walked in, I could tell this experience was different. When I checked in, I gave the receptionist my last name. Without hesitation, she greeted me by my first name. That personal touch immediately made me feel seen and valued instead of feeling like just another appointment. As soon as I completed my paperwork, I was called back. Then, when the staff noticed I was cold, they brought me a fresh, cozy blanket. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they care about their patients' comfort. I was also impressed by the technology. Instead of using the traditional molds for my night guard, they simply scanned my teeth. The process was quick, easy, and fascinating to watch. As an unexpected bonus, I even had a credit on my account. I honestly cannot remember ever leaving a dental office with a credit, so that was a pleasant surprise! Bell Dental has great customer service, thoughtful staff, modern technology, and an experience that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!

My experience at Spring Family Dental was extremely disappointing…read more The office struggles to keep dental assistants, and that creates larger issues throughout the practice. Many responsibilities are not consistently completed because temporary assistants can only do so much while actively caring for patients. Office management is not stepping in to cover those responsibilities, and the doctors are focused on treating patients. not only that but I have yet to get my last check with no communication from HR or the office. One of the most concerning things I observed was the sterilization logs. According to the records I reviewed while working there, instrument sterilization and maintenance procedures had not been properly completed for approximately two months. That is unacceptable in any dental office. What frustrated me most was the double standard. Office management was frequently late and missed numerous days, yet remained employed without consequences. Meanwhile, dental assistants who were only a few minutes late even after regularly arriving early and working hard for the office faced disciplinary action or termination. There is nothing wrong with having rules, structure, and accountability. Every workplace should have them. The problem is when those standards only apply to certain employees. When management is held to one standard and everyone else is held to another, it stops feeling like a professional workplace. Between the staffing issues, payment problems, lack of accountability, and overall management, this office felt more like a circus than a professional business. That is all I have to say.
