My husband told them he would NEVER get an implant. So after his extraction they proceeded to do a bone graft, after he said he wouldn't want it. I went to talk to them and they told me I wasn't on his Hippa paperwork. They chose to not listen to their patient and charged him 2,500. my husband has stitches and a membrane that has to be taken out. He will never return back there and he will go somewhere else. Very unhappy will this practice. More worried about making money than making their patient happy.

I really enjoyed the care I received at Carroll Dental Care. Morgan was the hygienist that saw me and she did an excellent job. She was thoughtful in her approach while cleaning and examining my teeth. Dr. Newman was also awesome. He was very careful and thorough in examining my teeth. He also took the time to explain his observations and findings and gave his suggestions for the next steps. Because of the time he spent explaining everything, I was able to make a better decision in my care. I appreciate all the hard work Morgan and Dr. Newman are doing!
