The office staff is friendly and the hygentists are friendly but Dr Monica is very hard to understand with her accent and we had a situation that happened with my so when he was 3 that made me never want to return. My middle son was always very anxious of strangers and especially the dentist. When he was there for a routine cleaning he didn't want them to clean his teeth. We tried everything. I held him to comfort him and when the hygentist was able to get some cleaning done she brought in Dr Monica to check. She missed a tooth in the bad during the cleaning and their was a speck in it. The dr pryed my sons mouth open and used a bite stick and when she couldn't get it out she said he had a cavity. Now I KNOW it wasn't a cavity. I brush his teeth every single day. She refused to accept that and marked it in his chart that he had a cavity. I went home and brushed his teeth and the speck came right out!! Dr Monica speaks down to parents in a baby like tone which really bothed me. I took him to my dentist and the staff their confirmed he DID NOT have a cavity. I don't recommend this locations.

The provider was very professional, skilled, and did an excellent job managing my care. That said, whatever process is used for scheduling is terrible. I arrived 15 minutes before my appt. And was not seen until 70 minutes after my scheduled time. The reason is not the staff or the provider. It's the scheduler trying to squeeze in too many into the day. Many of the other patients I saw were elderly. They need more time than 15 minutes. Bottom line is the schedule process does not provide the medical care experience that I think AiD leadership would expect. This needs to be fixed.

The walls are paper thin so you can hear others problems and care. they never call you back. its faster to drive there a talk to someone. Horrible care , I'm getting a new dr. My dr was fine but this practice is horrible.

But, I was there for cleaning last week and Dr Asseff asked if I had any problems so I told her I thought there was a little gap between a filling she had done and my gum. It didn't bother me. She had some time so she fixed it at that appointment. When I went to leave the receptionist, Jessica, said there wasn't any charge on my chart and went to ask the doc how much to charge me. Dr Asseff said nothing. I said that wasn't right since she did a filling. She said she stands by her work and since she did the original filling of course there would be no charge. Lots of people including myself still have a bit of a phobia about going to the dentist. Do NOT be afraid! She is calm and gentle. I only moved to Louisville three yrs ago and I am so thankful I found such a great dentist!!

My boyfriend goes to Dr. Land & he asked her if she could get a crown for me. She told him that it would not be a problem for her to get me my crown. Dr. Land happily ordered all the necessary equipment & got the impressions for my crown to be made. Weeks later I finally had the beautiful new crown placed. This week I went in for my cleaning. Dr. Land cleaned my teeth & I was out of there in less than 20 minutes! This was my first time having a dentist do my cleaning & exam themselves. In the past I came in to have a filling replaced.
