We waited, we wanted to USE HIS Insurance benefits on his work. They never did it correctly so we had to pay the full sum out of pocket!! ‍ -After we spent $20,000 with DR K! -I believe ALL this occurred bc he had office staff that were embezzling? -Dr K called us asking if we could go to OUR Bank to get a copy of our $18,000.00 CHECK to see WHERE it was deposited! IT DID NOT GO IN HIS ACCOUNT! -It was DEPOSITED into an employee's Account. I broke down and realized I needed help. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Dr. Gonsman. Aside from being very close to my home, he brought me in hours within me calling to schedule an appt. I waited less than 3 minutes in the waiting room to get back to the exam room. His assistant took me back and took my xrays. Everyone was extremely friendly. The Dr came in and was very pleasant. He talked to me through the entire exam and gave me soooo much helpful info. and my cleaning was great too. He showed me on my xrays exactly where and what i needed done. He gave me the option between silver and composite fillings and explained each very clearly, making sure to let me know the composites may cost a little more. I opted for the composites for their color, and To my surprise, the composites were incredibly afforable even with my insurance paying only a little over half. A week later he put in my 5 composites, and although I was extremely anxious being that I've never had fillings, they did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and had as little pain as possible. He talked to me through the procedure, allowed my husband to be around for my comfort and made sure to let me know to tell him if I had any pain at all during and stopped as soon as I had any and took care of it. He took his time on my teeth and they turned out beautifully. After it was all said and done they made payment arrangements with me and my tight budget to pay off my work(which was a great price, even with me being on unemployment) This was an absolutely wonderful experience for me and for the first time in my life Im EXCITED to go back to the dentist. I will definitely be recommending Dr Gonsman to friends and family. This is how dentistry should be. Comfortable. Inviting. Informative. Thorough.

The office was clean, modern, and comfortable. I also observed children working very hard to earn coins from staff to attain prizes from this neat gum ball machine. Once back, my assigned hygenist was courteous, funny, and thoughtful. I didn't think I could be more blown away at how awesome the place was. With someone who was born with horrible teeth, it can be a terrible experience, each and every time I am sitting on the dentist chair. I discovered Dr. Walkers office and I couldn't have been more pleased. The office staff and Dr. Walker are the nicest, funniest, and most calming people I've ever met in a dentist's office before. Not only do they understood my angst for the profession, but actually made me feel relaxed and gave me a simple explanations of how I was going to be fine.. The dentist? The big man himself is amazing. I had several appointments through the years, regular cleanings and then some dreaded maintance and they couldn't have been more of a joy to work with. Dr. Walker was the nicest man who took his time understanding my needs (and wants) and also was able to work on my teeth in a way that did not frighten me.
