The admin staff here is efficient and warm. My hygienist is super nice and affable. I came here mid-year for an emergency visit for some soreness/pain at the back of my mouth. They scheduled a quick lunch appt, wrote me a prescription and made sure it was covered by my insurance. I even won their holiday prize drawing for a huge good gift basket! They will harass you with multiple text messages and emails to confirm your appointment. It's obnoxious. The front office staff is not very welcoming, but the Drs are nice and seem to care about their patients. Much of the work is done by assistants and not the dentists themselves. I would suggest choosing a locally owned dentist and support your community.
