The wait time wasn't that long and it was easy to get an appointment. The assistants all seemed nice enough, but then the doctor arrived. In my opinion, he treated everyone who worked there with no respect whatsoever - not the barest thread of courtesy to his staff. He yelled at one assistant, dismissed another disdainfully as she tried to ask him a question, and just changed the tone and mood of the place with his presence. When I got to meet him, I was turned off by his ego. He introduced himself by boasting that he had given a lecture on the west coast recently and that someone was writing an article on him. He did not care much about what my previous dental work entailed. I got the impression that he was implying that he'd have to start from scratch, probably fixing what other, less capable dentists had not taken care of properly. His work was rough, and he seemed unconcerned whether I was in pain or not. I asked him to stop at one point, but he continued anyhow saying that he was almost done and that I could handle just a little bit more. It turned out he wasn't almost done. It was a painful experience that needed not have been so. When it was all done and I complained of pain, he only gave me ibuprofen (Advil). The above is just my opinion, and I could be wrong. He may have been having a bad day. Or maybe I was having a bad day and interpreted his actions wrongly. Either way, I won't go back to Dr. Vitalie.

Theybused the wrong billing code and charged me for a service that was never rendered. Not supportive of special needs patients with autism. Only care about money and cosmetic procedures. ​

Contracted Vitalie for crowns and implants. Had crown problems within months and finally lost…read morethree. Another dentist saved one crown. Of three implants only one took. Never got the other two. The third implant later fell out. Tens of thousands spent without results or work performed. Cannot even get a refund. Reported to ADA but no help there. These money losses sure hurts us seniors. Caution: Get it in writing!

-Had me sign acceptance RELEASE form when I was still GROGGY in chair from anesthesia…read more -Dr K did that, because while still being worked on, THEY saw one of my FRONT TEETH was SHORTER than the other. -I was out of it, couldn't tell, during extensive $20,000 worth of work! -Gave DR K $18,000 CASH! 18K Cash money. -Spent over $20,000 at practice total. -Sent us to Collections for $1,700 because THEY kept submitting my HUSBANDS work under MY Insurance number, AFTER I called & told them 2x over the months THAT sum went unpaid. We waited, we wanted to USE HIS Insurance benefits on his work. They never did it correctly so we had to pay the full sum out of pocket!! ‍ -After we spent $20,000 with DR K! -I believe ALL this occurred bc he had office staff that were embezzling? -Dr K called us asking if we could go to OUR Bank to get a copy of our $18,000.00 CHECK to see WHERE it was deposited! IT DID NOT GO IN HIS ACCOUNT! -It was DEPOSITED into an employee's Account. We went to our Branch Manager, then TOOK Banks copies to him, out of courtesy, kindness, as one should. -Still, Dr Kovacevic turned us over to collections for hubs work after we went out of our way to help. -I am unaware of what happened w his employee, the funds. However, next time we were there, SHE was gone! -Dr K has a gentle touch, barely any pain, is very skilled. He has a good chair side presence.
