When I recently visited, one of the owners greeted me along with another customer as if we were the people he wanted to see the most. I guess that made a big impression because my father had that same trait. On this visit I purchased what I call wall flowers -- pretty ceramic blossoms to hang on the wall to intersperse with other artwork.

The candle selection was amazing, they had a variety of perfumes, locally-themed books, shirts/sweatshirts, handknit hats, and even some gorgeously colored super-bulky yarn. The employee I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Parking is also fairly easy to come by (at least midweek in winter). They allow you to pick exactly what you want in your basket and all of it is as advertised - made in Washington. There are items like smoked salmon, various non-alcoholic beverages, chocolate, candy, cookies, crackers and even dog and cat treats! Each item is priced separately so you can keep a running total as you add things to your basket. Delivery happened just as it should have!
