My length was no where near what I usually $10 extra, the gel was showing the nail under it so I showed her and she said got an attitude put on another coat and it was $10 extra, I wanted ombré but that was going to be $65.... I specify said please do not make the acrylic thick.... they look like short stubby blobs on my hands! I've been to a ton of nail shops in different states this is probably the WORST! I don't mind paying extra to be able to walk out satisfied but my niece cost $35 for her toes (she's 5) and mine cost $45 for short plain blue kinda squareish blobs... I'm currently sitting here with a nail file trying to fix what I can!! Ugh so disappointed.... definitely going to another shop tomorrow to get a whole new set!!

Let me just say I was a little bit worried as I have never done my eyebrows professionally before (should I have admitted that? *sweat*). It's just that I don't really have that much eyebrow to begin with and I've always been afraid that professionals would take too much or make me look crazy lol. However, Salima calmed my fears and simply shaped my eyebrows for me. Nothing crazy or dramatic, and they definitely look neater now. I guess there is a reason why you go to the professionals lol! As for the wax, Salima did an excellent job there as well. I arrived for my appointment and there was no wait. Not even 10 minutes later, I was done. She recommended the chocolate wax, which I have never heard of before. It smells fantastic!! The only problem is that now I crave chocolate, haha. The Look is pretty new and they are still working on getting their signage out front, so you could potentially miss it if you are not looking for it. If you are facing Publix from the street, they are on the left side of the building. You should definitely check it out before it becomes well known and get busy. Let's just say I thought I was gonna lose an eye, due to the excessive amount glue being used during my lash install. Goodness. DO NOT come here unless you want glue in your eye balls. I won't be back. In addition, there also had been little things to get me to this point (inconsistent hours, lack of knowledge of product, questionable hygiene). I will say that this lash place has come in handy for me over the last year , but this relationship has run it's course. The prices are right but the service and the finish product needs some major improvement. But you know the saying , "you pay for what you get." THIS IS SO TRUE!!
