Print Theory is truly THAT business! I had the most amazing…read moreexperience working with them on custom tote bags for our elopement party, and I seriously can't recommend them enough. From the start, communication with Avi was so smooth, clear, and stress-free. I brought in my own totes and custom design, and they were not only flexible with working with the material--they were also incredibly patient and helpful through the whole process. Here's the kicker: I realized after submitting the design that I had accidentally written the wrong date--5-4-24 instead of 5-4-25. Total panic moment. But Avi came through like a total lifesaver and fixed the typo perfectly, updating it to the correct date and making it look completely seamless. You'd never even know it was corrected--the final print looked flawless! They finished the entire job before our party deadline, which took so much pressure off my shoulders. And the final totes? Absolutely STUNNING. The quality of the printing is so sharp, vibrant, and clean. Everyone at our celebration was raving about how professional they looked--and the photos honestly don't do them justice. I'm beyond grateful they brought my design to life so beautifully. If you're looking for a sublimation printing company that's knowledgeable, adaptable, and deeply cares about your project--go to Print Theory. They're the real deal, and I'm already planning my next order with them.

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT!
