I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! I…read morebelieve here it is 2 companies in 1 studio but the lady that was helping us (Sookie?) was incredibly disorganized and made multiple errors. I had to go back 4 times because the prints we're never ready on time. On top of this on our wedding day we learned that there was another mistake and they didn't print a memorial sign that was to honor my dad who had passed away. The prints that were successful were beautiful but I just wouldn't take the stress the entire process was. There were 2 other ladies who were very kind and helpful I believe her name was Gloria? I wish we had worked with them instead.

My go to UPS store…read more I typically go here for Amazon returns, but also the periodic shipping out of a package. I always have great service from the employees here - specifically there are 2 guys who you typically see working, which I just realized I've never gotten their name. When I need help deciding the size of something, they're very informative and I love that they don't try to up charge anything. They're honest and helpful always. I will continue to use this specific UPS store location an I recommend it to any neighbors and friends in the same area.
