The preamble to the Mane Hair Company on its website starts thus, "Mane Hair Company is a place…read morewhere everyone who enters will be listened to and celebrated. Our success begins with passion.", and concludes by confidently asserting, "The products we chose create an experience like no other and leave you loving your hair now while knowing how to take care of it later." Most every company falls short of its lofty pronouncements, but Mane Hair lives up to its stated mission.
How do they do it? Full credit to Chloe, the founder, and her painstaking efforts to recruit, retain and nurture the most uber-cool team of stylists, which obviously enjoys what they do, while creating a very welcoming, yet unpretentious and cozy ambience. The Mane team has compiled an in-house library of referenceable best practices by blending carefully curated global styles with their own self-created styles, further reinforced by skill-enhancing continuing education. The result: Deep expertise - enabling the salon to offer a dazzling array of services to a growing roster of happy customers in its two short years of existence.
I have been a customer of Chloe for a few years, starting when she was at another salon. I was fondly hoping that she would start her own salon. I was extremely delighted when she started her own salon in Middleton recently. You could say that I moved to Madison to be closer to her business . I hate to change hairstylists, especially if it is a gem like Chloe. She offers exemplary customer service, as she unfailingly asks me, "How has your day been?", accompanied by her warm 1,000-watt smile, every appointment. This is bound to lift any customer's spirit any time, more so, during these pandemic ravaged times. She deploys her enormous skills as she deftly cuts and grooms my follicly challenged mane to give me a fuller look. (I swear it requires me a lot more skills to style my sparse hair than it is to groom a dense mane). Every visit is therapeutic - I leave with a discernible spring in my step, a twinkle in my eye, and a radiant smile, feeling that the world is my oyster.
Chloe in Greek means blooming, while in Hebrew it means green. The Urban Dictionary defines Chloe as somebody who is a risk-taker as well as a caretaker. So, what a perfect name for a perfect person whose business strives for perfection every day in every way! Chloe also has an uncanny resemblance to Taylor Swift. So, what next for her? Taylor Swift's doppelganger on Saturday Night Live? Or maybe an image consultant to Ms. Swift to bring a fresh perspective on beauty. You never know!
To summarize, whether it is prom, birthday, special night out, bad-hair day, interview, or whatever, for the best mane in Dane, Mane Hair Company should be your go-to place.
