Purchased a facial Groupon and didn't have any problems making the appointment, however, I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early and did not get seen until 25 minutes after my appointment was set to begin. No apology about waiting or anything. Once I was in the back, things started off great, the esthetician asked about the areas I was to focus on and we began. Once we began, it seemed as if she was not sure what steps or product to use and when. There was a lot of gaps in between the products, more than I've experienced with other estheticians. At one point a product was left on too long and had dried and she had to wet her hands in order to get it off as the warm cloth was also now cold from sitting out while she was on her phone. At another point during the appointment I thought she had left and I opened my eyes only to see that she was giving herself a facial in front of the mirror! Not too sure if she was new, or someone that doesn't normally give facials, but I would not recommend her for someone to receive one.

She then asked me to pay before I was serviced. I responded that I'd like to pay after I am serviced. She then stated to find another spa to go to because it was "boss rules" to ask for payment before being serviced. My masseuse was Mushi and she did a very good job. I've read the 2018 review and since then, the place is fairly clean. They do not offer a shower or steam, if you are looking for that, but they are fairly clean and provide a decent massage with hot stone therapy, as well as warm/hot towels to clean when they use oil to massage. I've been here several times and they've always provided a clean and decent massage, and provide decent services. Plan on going there again soon!
