We called Kevin to express our concerns and was immediately told "there's nothing I can do, you approved the proof." Which we did, but what we approved was the colors and logo placement. We assumed that a professional would know that he would need a higher quality file to make the lines smooth. He did not do so. To summarize, we now are around $300 in the hole for 24 shirts we cannot give to our employees. Do not use this company.

Their website is very easy to use - I described what I wanted through the website and someone named Harley reached out to me within an hour with a mock up of the shirts! We went back and forth a few times & I even created a custom logo of mine and my husband's initials on the back, which Harley easily put it on the back of the shirt from a jpg image I sent. Within 24 hours, I had two custom shirts ready to go for pick up. I am SO impressed with the professionalism, timeliness and quality of products! They have a large inventory of items that can be customized (but would def need more than 24 hours of a notice) and I will keep them in mind for any future personalized items I need.
