I arrived at the appointment and was told (rudely) I needed to book a soak off, which I didn't know as I used Fresha to make the appointment. She got rather rude and said I had attitude. And as she didn't have time so I asked her to do the soak off. I found her to be rude and condescending. I have never booked this way and I've always called the salon. I've never been treated this way and would never recommend her to anyone. If I could rate no I would.

It's great to see…read morethe new store on Watton Street, especially one that's open decent hours (I'm a bit tired of the small town mentality of closing up shop at 4:00pm, or not open on Sundays). All new equipment, clean and bright premises and friendly staff. I had a spa pedicure here today and my feet look and feel a million dollars. The prices are reasonable, and the open hours convenient (9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00am - 8:00pm Thursday and Friday). Conveniently close to local cafes, so grab a coffee on your way. Walk-ins are welcome which is great for the spontaneous 'must get my nails done' moment. The ladies do a great French manicure, and have a variety of options to suit your preferences; acrylic, gel, shellac. In addition to nails, manicures and pedicures, L'Amour also offer waxing (both female and male), eyelash extensions, and eyelash and eyebrow tinting. This is sure to be my go to store for my regular manicures and pedicures.

They're pricing is very confusing as they'll advertise one thing but will tell you another. Bottom line is they NEVER do a clean job.. I'm asian, I don't have a lot of hair and it's also quite fine so it shouldn't be difficult! I also wasn't the only one being charged more than usual. A woman getting her nails done at the time also experienced the same problem.
