I arrived at the appointment and was told (rudely) I needed to book a soak off, which I didn't know as I used Fresha to make the appointment. She got rather rude and said I had attitude. And as she didn't have time so I asked her to do the soak off. I found her to be rude and condescending. I have never booked this way and I've always called the salon. I've never been treated this way and would never recommend her to anyone. If I could rate no I would.

The lady on the phone was very condescending saying no what u mean is acrylics in a rude tone. I went in with a crack in my sns that travelled through to the nail underneath. I said I wanted to take off the sns then decide on getting them redone based on what the nails underneath were like. She glued my nail which was cracked horizontally and insisted I get sns back on. Throughout the experience she grabbed at my hands, made comments about me to the other nail techs and at the end snatched the money off me and walked away without so much as a smile. Just an awful experience there are so many other places to go in Point Cook I just wouldn't go back here.

I normally dont leave reviews for services but I was cut twice to the point I was bleeding even…read moreafter I got home, left with my fingers covered in glue and paint and most of my nails look like they are grown out because they were buffed way too high. After the nails were completed, the Person doing my nails Shapes them again and removed the polish on the side and when I asked if she could go over it again, she said no because it looks good when you look at it from above. The workers are all really nice though.
