No one is in charge of the counter to greet you, or show you their nail services menu. I waited for a bit and finally a girl looked up from doing her pedicure and simply asked me to choose a colour.
When I was finally asked to sit down in their chair and a girl came to work on my pedicure ten minutes later. I asked her what kinds of pedicure do they do and she didn't understand, and looked offended and weirded out that I asked, except other nail salons do offer different types of pedicures.
The pedicure was full of her jabbing my toes and even though a few times I said "Ouch" she kept being so rough and even shoved my feet around like she was pissed off with her life or something, taking it out on me. A few times I caught her giving me this stern stare as well, completely unprovoked and incredibly hostile. She even shoved my feet very roughly into my slippers. I tried to diffuse the situation by smiling but she didn't even smile back. Not sure what the heck was wrong with her.
Towards the end she left me to work on someone else without painting my nails, it was bizarre and another staff noticed I had been sitting there waiting so she finished painting my nails. As this girl seemed nice, she is the saving grace for me to give them 1 star, although they really haven't earned it.
I recommend ladies and gents go elsewhere, where they have a bigger pedicure menu including nail buffing services, and friendly faces.
