On…read moreThursday the 29th August I had the surrender treatment to start with the room was freezing the therapists hands were cold and for the whole session they were grinding concrete in the carpark and was EXTREMELY noisy. This is not the only time I have been here as the last time I had the same treatment the fire alarm was going off the whole time and all the therapists can say is sorry about that. Well not good enough if you want to charge top dollar for treatments sorry is not good enough. I was also taken in 4 minutes late and when I finished it was 4 minutes short.

This is something that you'd perhaps like to know before buying a gift voucher from their website (as their website only pictures relatively young customers - I'm thinking this does NOT represent their typical clientele. I just had the most beautiful experience at AM. I have only visited a professional Medispa once…read morebefore, and that was for a facial I was gifted. In this instance, I booked an appointment to remove a few skin nodules that were on my face and one on the tip of my eyelid. These were affecting my confidence. They were ugly, with the one on my eyelid bothering me the most. A friend had recommended the team at AM: "totally professional and they could help". I actually felt a little nervous before my appointment. Entering the clinic, I was greeted warmly. The consultation put my nerves at ease. My therapist was not only thorough in assessing my skin condition but was also sensitive to how I felt about it. This pleasantly surprised me. Throughout the actual treatment everything was explained well, hygiene was obvious, and my comfort was always a priority. Even the treatment of my eyelid was easy. Easy! Before I knew it we were done. The best moment was looking in the mirror: I looked younger - wow! The quality of the work proved to be exceptional: no marks or visible signs after a couple of days and completely happy since. I'd previously thought visiting a Medispa was not my thing: a forty something male who barely applies sunscreen. I had been educated, cared for and empowered to care for myself better. I will be back, without a second thought. Thank you so much team at AM, for helping me feel so much better about myself.
