This is an unsolicited review. We have been coming to this practice before Dr. Reichow took over. We loved the previous Chiropractor so when it was taken over by Dr. Reinchow we decided to try him out and we loved him! We love him so much, our entire family are patients. I have referred many of my clients, friends, neighbors and employees to Moon Valley Chiropractic and will continue to do so. My son was supposed to have shots in his spine (per another doctor) due to tingling down his leg but Dr. Reichow convinced us to have him be treated weekly by Dr. Reinchow with the result, the tingling dissappeared and my son did not need the shots. This was major relief for us especially since we knew the risks of the shots. My son has moved out of state but when he comes to visit, his first stop is always Moon Valley Chiropractic for an adjustment. Dr. Reichow is professional, caring and personable. You will love him and his method of practice. He and his entire staff makes you feel like family. They also have a great massage therapist in house (Josh) only thing about Josh is he books very quickly (FYI - you can see him anytime without seeing the Chiropractor) so I suggest you call ahead to reserve a spot. Dr. Riechow works wonders! I have been a patient with Moon Valley Chiropractic intermittently since 2011 with lower back and neck pain. His adjustments make it possible to continue my active lifestyle while providing instant pain relief. Recently I've needed to return to the practice for adjustments during my pregnancy. I was experiencing pain and tightness in the lower back with challenges walking or sitting for long periods of times and sleeping. After a single adjustment I was able to sleep through the night, get back to my physically active lifestyle and even travel via flight for a lengthy time with no issues. Dr. Riechow and his team are affordable, accommodating and always a joy to be around. Dr. Riechow took the time to thoroughly examine and understand my issues prior to and during any ongoing treatment. I highly recommend him and his team for massages and chiropractic adjustments! read more

For anyone that has gone to Dr. Reichow's predecessor, Dr. Grover, I think you'll be disappointed. I miss Dr Grover dearly. He was probably the best Chiropractor I've ever worked with. It had been quite some time since I threw my back out last. At the start of every visit, Dr Grover always "took inventory" of my situation through questions and testing so he knew exactly what was out, which way it was out, and made a plan for the adjustments he needed to make. The adjustments he made were very specific to my current misalignment, and varied through the treatment term based on how things were moving back into place.. This typically fixed me up within a week or so. But Dr Grover had retired so I figured I'd try Dr. Reichow. I was happy that they were able to squeeze me in the same day as I know the sooner adjustments are made, the less severe the whole experience will be. His approach is much different than Dr Grover's. The initial visit had questions and testing similar to Dr Grover, but the adjustment was clearly different. I wasn't very happy with it (mostly because it wasn't the same as Dr. Grover's approach, which I knew was proven to work in the past), but I figured I'd go with it since I'm not a Dr and he is. But subsequent visits got even worse. I was not really showing much improvement and I felt the Dr's interest in my recovery did not seem as important as getting me in for the next appointment. I finally had enough when I arrived for my 3rd or 4th visit, and the Dr just does an adjustment (basically a general lower back crack, as well as an upper back crack, even though I have no upper back problems) as soon as I walked in. He didn't ask me how I was doing, if anything changed, and did no testing to see what was still out. *After* the adjustment he asked if anything had changed. In my opinion, he is just looking to do adjustments and collect the (albeit reasonable) fee. With that said, the front desk was pleasant, and they have a massage therapist that, for a very reasonable fee, can give you a massage to loosen you up before the adjustment (Though Dr Grover used to do this himself using massagers as part of the adjustment). His name escapes me, but the massage was very good, he was pleasant to talk to as well as very informative and knowledgeable. I think I learned more about how to deal with my injury from him than the Dr. In any case, I decided Moon Valley Chiropractic is no longer for me. read more

Both Dr. Reichow and the Massage Therapist Josh Wooldridge care about their patients. It truly is more than a job to them. You see that in all that they do. I dislike finding new doctors but this chiropractic office is a good find. I was very impressed with them from the moment I spoke with the receptionist, Rani, to make an appointment. I was able to get in the same day and easily located their new patient forms on their website so I could have them filled in when I arrived. Dr. Reichow was very pleasant, professional and thorough. Even though this was not my first time working under chiropractic care he made certain I understood everything. I really appreciate that he took the time to show me and go over my x-rays with me. I also am impressed that they have a massage therapist on staff because that offers the body a more complete "fix" and hopefully can stay in alignment longer. Josh was also a very good massage therapist who is very open about the need for communication. I was very impressed with my visit and would recommend their services to anyone. read more

I am extremely happy with Dr. Riechow and his treatment plans. I took my 13 year old son for a lower back muscle strain and severe pain issues he was experiencing. Dr. Riechow was very through with his assessment and explaining his plan of care. He was gentle with my son and made time to get to know him and his specific needs. I was never a believer in chiropractic care. Over the years, I have known many people that told horror stories about getting worse due to a chiropractor that didn't know what they were doing, so I was terrified to try it myself. I was suffering from extreme neck pain and my range of motion was limited. I started seeing Dr. Reichow after my husband had some success with him. From the beginning, the doctor explained everything clearly. His stretches and adjustments seem natural, rather than using obtrusive, jerky movements. Dr. Reichow is friendly, and always professional. I no longer have trouble with my neck and I credit the care I received at Moonvalley. After having my baby, I have continued to see Dr. Reichow for lower back pain. I am extremely impressed by the well-rounded care I receive at this office, from the doctor's attention to my symptoms, to the excellent massage therapist, to the courteous office staff. They even provide me with exercises and stretches to do on my own. I cannot recommend Dr. Reichow and this office, enough; they have completely earned my trust and my continued patronage. read more
