Formerly Yard Art, Moon Tide still sells all the same unique lawn ornaments they always have. There's been a change in business name ONLY and artist/owner Brett and employees are all still there. With that cleared up their inventory is constantly changing. Who doesn't love lawn ornaments to brighten up their garden or yard? It's Florida and this is something we use al year round. Plus there are special that you can't fid anywhere else. Some are humorous, others cute, there's the beautiful flower designs and most are simply funky. Then there's the whirly gigs. Once the rage of the 60's, they're making a come back and you'll find the interspersed through out the other yard art. Bonus item is the unique smokers that they make. They're made in the shape of bulls, pigs, and more. They sell quickly so you might want to check them out ahead of time. The best thing about Moon Tide are the prices. I think Moon Tide has great selections with a good variety. I have spent nearly $1000.00 there on products. I ordered decorations on May 23rd, paid cash with the promise they would be in within 2-3 weeks. It is now the 13th of July and I have received one excuse after another as to why they have not arrived. I have called, been by the site and still no product. Does anyone else have the same experience with these folks? They are extremely nice when you are there, but then if you don't take the product that you purchased with you when you leave, who knows when you will get it. in 10 days it will be 2 months! Ridiculous!!! Never again will I shop these folks, as I find them not to stand by their word. good luck to those of yall that shop there. read more

Got scammed from this business. Ordered a $1200 fountain which was sold to someone else. Over a six month period I was given every excuse in the book as to why a replacement had not arrived. Asked for a refund but only got more excuses. Now they refuse to return my message. read more

I placed a custom order with Brett and put down a deposit of 2/3. Was told the item would be made in 2-3 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks, still no product despite several phone calls in March to check on order. Now in April, no one answers phone or returns phone messages. Was given lots of promises but still nothing. Can't believe they are so dishonest. If they can't make the item, I'd like my money back. Buyer beware. read more

Terrible customer service!!!! Bought an Arbor last month with promise to deliver within 2 weeks. No call back, Talked to Resi 2 or 3 times now just going to voice mail. Went to store 2 or three times talked to the grandpa and again a promis to deliver next day! NO SHOW NO CALL. Take your business elsewhere. read more

We purchased a "spinner", owner stated that if we didn't install it level, he would come out free of charge and adjust, as he is in the area every week. We have called several times, even driven there three times, they keep saying they are coming out, even give a a certain day , and no one shows up. If we could rate in the minus ratings we would! All talk and no action. Pre-paid deposit for items back in September 2018 and have inquired numerous times as to delivery with only one excuse after another. Now waiting a refund which will probably never see! And forget landscaping that they claim to do with a side company! Work for 2-3 hours one day and never show back up for weeks on end! Again - waiting for refund so we can hire someone reliable to complete job before hurricane season hits us. Nice just does not cut it anymore. read more

Owner is very friendly, but a liar and scam artist. Has managed to get away with not paying for 10 of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from various suppliers. He gives a million excuses and sob stories as to why he hasn't paid or has been unreachable, then apologizes and says he will send a check at which point he "ghosts" again. By supporting this business you are actually buying stolen merchandise as that is EXACTLY what he's selling. He knows that his suppliers are too busy to partake in a lawsuit and the travel alone would be a hassle, so he continues to get away with it. So, I'm hoping by spreading the word, more consumers become educated of his skeevy ways and refuse to support or buy anything from this man. It's a really shame as I was new employee when I gained him as a customer and was so proud of my sale - only to never receive payment and instead receive flack from my boss for this man's lack of ethics. I ordered a sign on July the 7th as of todays date 11/8/2017 I never got my sign I have been up there to asked about it and they have a difference story every time the last time they said they would refund my money as I paid in advance $ 160.00 never got a refund I have tried calling and they do not answer there phones will not do business with these people again I hate people who lie read more
