Instead, I found a beautifully staged, high-end showroom with prices that sit noticeably higher than stores selling brand new furniture. It reminded me of walking into a place called Discount Diamonds and realizing the only thing discounted is your hope. Inside, there is so much motion and so many staff members floating around that it honestly feels like a Hollywood set being prepped between scenes. People adjusting lighting, straightening decor, moving props, resetting the stage. It's impressive to watch but also a little funny because you start to wonder who exactly the intended shopper is. Whoever that lucky demographic might be, it is certainly not me. They even have a cute holiday special where you pick an envelope off a Christmas tree and win ten percent off. Very charming until you open it and see all the conditions. Valid for this item, not that one. Not combinable. Not transferable. Not applicable to anything you were excited about. Still adorable, just... selectively useful. The best part is that I genuinely do enjoy this store. The style is gorgeous, the furniture is unique, and it's fun just to walk around and take it all in. I just never end up buying anything because the prices sit about three times higher than what I can find elsewhere. It's unintentionally amusing in the sweetest way. A store called Almost Perfect that is, fittingly, almost in my budget.

We were greeted upon entry and the employee checked on us just incase we had questions. They have a lot of artwork, rugs and knock knacks. The word "decor" made me think it was sort of like a HomeGoods type of place, vases, baskets, signs that say "Wine O'clock", that sort of thing. In fact they do not carry those, but they have a truly impressive selection of tile, both floor and wall, and flooring. No matter what one is looking for in tile or flooring, they will likely have it here, and will not be plunking one down at a desk to open binders. They also have a much broader selection of colored grouts and caulks than H*** D**** or L****. Well-stocked, clean, huge facility , plenty of staff willing to be helpful but not biting my ankle. Prices seemed good to me. For example, they had a nice beige ceramic tile, 12" x 12", for only .49 each, and I thought it was quite nice, a super cheap way to redo a floor. They have some hypnotic tile patterns that I have never seen before, nice eye candy ( see photos ). So I can't give them a 5 as I did not go through the process of a good size order with them, we just bought a few diddly things, but if you are doing this sort of project, you should consider coming here instead of places staffed by those with orange or blue aprons.

I was frustrated because I intentionally chose to support a local florist and expected a more polished, thoughtfully designed arrangement. That said, Jeff handled the situation professionally. He acknowledged the concerns, admitted the original arrangement missed the mark, and replaced it with a much fuller and more beautiful bouquet that better reflected the value and quality we expected. The replacement arrangement was far more cohesive, colorful, and thoughtfully designed, and my mom was very happy with it. While the first experience was disappointing, I do appreciate a business that takes accountability and genuinely works to correct a mistake. Customer service after the sale matters, and they made a strong effort to make things right. Based on how professionally the situation was handled and the quality of the replacement arrangement, I would recommend giving them a chance.
