They arrived around 7:25. Shortly thereafter they were harrassing me about when my nephew would be there to let them in. My nephew was there at about 7:35. The next thing I knew they canceled the service! Saying they wouldn't have time! What??? The boss told me they had to be somewhere at 10. So I'm not sure what the workers were doing between 7:30-10. She says she can do it tomorrow but we are in a time crunch since this is a move out clean. Unbelievable and unacceptable! This is in response to the business owner's response... They were not in the parking lot for 20 minutes. If they told you that they were lying. I called my nephew right away and he texted me 3 minutes later and said he was there where were they? Your people were supposed to show BETWEEN 7:30-8:30 and they showed at 7:25 and wanted to know where my nephew was EARLY. It sounded like I wanted to cancel? No. I was pissed because all of a sudden we were given a time limit, 2 hours, that morning for a move out clean! Are you serious? You're people left within 10 minutes, don't lie. You did not wait until I texted you back because I was mid flight like I told you I would be. No one ever said we wanted to cancel! When I called to express my concerns, Josh took great care of us. He was super responsive, apologetic, and sent his partner out at our convenience to redo the carpets. The carpets turned out great!
