My friend left after they were in, and shortly after they texted me that they were done, but that their phone was out of batteries so they couldn't send any pictures (but apparently it could make calls?). They then asked for more money that originally agreed to. Because I am too trusting of a person, I paid them via Venmo. A friend went by the house after and said the cleaning was hardly done and that they had missed two entire sections of the house - the carpeted attic and a basement room. He ended up vacuuming and cleaning the house again. I made a few mistakes here: first, not going with a Yelp guaranteed business, because now I cannot get my money back. Second, sending money without verifying what they did. I asked them for less than half of the money back (I would like to use that for a gift certificate for my friend doing their cleaning work), but they refused any refund at all. Don't waste your money here! Go with a more reputable company.

They arrived around 7:25. Shortly thereafter they were harrassing me about when my nephew would be there to let them in. My nephew was there at about 7:35. The next thing I knew they canceled the service! Saying they wouldn't have time! What??? The boss told me they had to be somewhere at 10. So I'm not sure what the workers were doing between 7:30-10. She says she can do it tomorrow but we are in a time crunch since this is a move out clean. Unbelievable and unacceptable! This is in response to the business owner's response... They were not in the parking lot for 20 minutes. If they told you that they were lying. I called my nephew right away and he texted me 3 minutes later and said he was there where were they? Your people were supposed to show BETWEEN 7:30-8:30 and they showed at 7:25 and wanted to know where my nephew was EARLY. It sounded like I wanted to cancel? No. I was pissed because all of a sudden we were given a time limit, 2 hours, that morning for a move out clean! Are you serious? You're people left within 10 minutes, don't lie. You did not wait until I texted you back because I was mid flight like I told you I would be. No one ever said we wanted to cancel! Yeah we can't do tomorrow because this is a MOVE OUT CLEAN and you knew it! Would you like me to posts texts with time stamps to show you or your workers are lying? I'd be happy to. Keep it up.
