When I finally woke up, I didn't even have the lashes I was so used to having--I've been getting my lashes done since 2019--and after everything I had been through, I just wanted to start feeling like myself again. My previous lash place was too far for me during my recovery, so I found Bliss and met Haydee. I'm SO glad I did. After a series of strokes, sometimes I joke that I'm still playing "connect the dots" because everything doesn't always connect as quickly as it used to. Haydee has been nothing but patient and understanding with me. She takes her time, makes sure I'm comfortable (I have horrible chronic pain in my lower back), and most importantly, my lashes always look beautiful! If top-notch professionalism is what you seek, I would recommend exploring other options. Vicky and Bella, in particular, have displayed emotional instability and anger issues that affect their work performance. It is confounding that they would have difficulty fulfilling their guarantee and fixing their work within three days, as stated. I've probably had 5 appointments here. Easily accessible - I kept coming back because I could just walk there. Reviews are fake - they take $5 off your purchase if you give them a five star review. (See last review I did). I'm not coming back anymore don't worry :) I was only going because it was walking distance. The reason why my lashes look sparse in my inner and outer corner of my eye is because Sunny never placed any lashes there even though i could clearly see my natural lashes. Also I was never referred to her by any other lash place. I was fooled by her ratings on Yelp and I wrote my review to help anyone who might have considered going there. Sunny even said my lashes were healthy during the time of the service. She did not refuse to put on 14 or 15, as Julie falsely stated in her infuriating response. In fact, the other lash place I went to afterwards put them on without a problem. Wow Julie, you completely mishandled a customer service situation and you try to rectify it by lying your way through. You made yourself completely unavailable until the time for a fill and then kept trying to charge me for a really bad service. Shame on you!
