Moogs Joint absolutely failed myself and the community. Been going here weekly for the better part of the past year. I only screenshotted the one , but I waited on hold not once but twice for 10+ minutes. Never got to even order. Hung up called back same thing. Unfortunately for the joint they will now never be able to have a positive google rating or fb rating. I've ordered Chinese and now made it my life's mission to make sure when anyone looking up your restaurant will see nothing but negative feedback and reviews. Expect a massive influx of google and fb reviews. Don't offer takeout if u can't support it. Period.

This is the look up the back deck.

This was a mixed bag. It's hard working in a restaurant now. Not enough help. Food was okay. Grilled chicken sandwich was not what we expected. We asked for lettuce and tomato only and it came with a mayonnaise on it. My wife definitely did not like that and did not eat it. I fed a good portion of it to our dog. Ribs were good. Beware... Side salad instead of fries is four dollars more. Not a big salad. We ordered drinks and they never came. They took them off the bill. If they had come back to check I would've asked them for the drinks but they never came back to even check. Again I think this is part of having not enough staff? This is definitely local joint. Not sure if I would try this place again. I will certainly try others first. I will say that I really like's the casual and comfortable feel of the restaurant. I also like the music. Also was pet friendly. Even brought us a bowl of water.

Workers were very friendly and welcoming inside. The inside had some bar seating and some table seating with someone playing piano. The menu has a variety of different sandwiches. I started with a hot chocolate and the elote dip. Hot chocolate was nothing special but was good on a cold day. The elote dip was delicious! Warm and cheesy! Yum! I then ordered the falafel pita. It wasn't my favorite. The falafel was crisp but I didn't love the homemade gluten free pita. It was not fluffy and was just kinda bland. The fries were made well! Thick and very crispy. Overall the atmosphere was nice.

So while on a trip and looking for a spot to grab some lunch naturally we ended up picking this spot. I've been aware of Lost Nation Brewing but it's been since 2016/2017 when I had a beer from them last. To start they have ample parking and have a nicely painted mural on the side of their building. They have an indoor section we did not check that out and instead sat at the bar in the outdoor section. How can you pass up looking into the kitchen and also the wafting scents of burgers, fries and everything else being cooked. Despite a chillier day than most we have had lately it was worth it! Besides their own brews they had guest taps, guest botttles/cans, and even some cocktails including some spiked apple cider for that fall feeling drink. For beer fans they even had a rotating Hillfarmstead DIPA for a guest tap. I ended up getting their Kolsch and my wife got their gose. Both very solid beers and worth grabbing. Food wise they had a couple burgers, fried chicken sandwich, pulled pork, turkey sandwich, hot dogs, and some small plates. My wife ended up choosing the burger and I got their fried chicken sandwich. She enjoyed the burger and thought it was cooked very well. The chicken sandwich was delicious, the fact it was smothered in honey did make it a bit messy to eat but tasted so good! The fries we got were massive and well seasoned and the side of pickles were great too. Would be a no brainer to get either one again if we visit again! Bartender was friendly and we didn't wait long at all for the drinks or food! Well made brews paired along side delicious food, really what more could you ask for? If you visit during warmer weather it appeared they have a huge outdoor area further back than we were in as well! If you like visiting breweries add this to your list to check out!

The chocolate croissants are buttery with crisp flaky exteriors and rich chocolate interiors. We first discovered them at Stowe Farmers Market. Then discovered the loaves stocked daily fresh bread at Stowe Living and at The Commodities Natural Market. More recently we went to Hyde Park location to try their lunch sandwiches. The Turkey Bacon Avocado with cheddar cheese and pickled red onions is fresh, tasty, easy to eat - a favorite. Panuozzo is an interesting creation using sourdough pizza to wrap around fresh burrata, roasted garlic cloves, roasted red peppers and pesto - the burrata is super fresh and rich type of mozzarella but sandwich is very messy (both hands and face) and we reeked of garlic afterwards. Seriously, the garlic taste and odor built up and literally lingered for 24h - so make sure to share this with your loved ones so all of you are in the garlic group. We would order the Panuozzo again but probably leave off the garlic. Bahn Mi is an interpretation of a classic Vietnamese Bahn Mi - it is tasty but contained no cucumbers, less cilantro and pickled carrots/daikon plus the gravy made the bread soggy. It is still good and we would order again but ask for the gravy on the side as a dipping sauce. All 3 sandwiches were winners and we loved our food adventure. We were missing pickles from 2 of our 3 sandwiches but the 1 pickle we had was good. The sandwiches were hearty so we didn't eat the fries. We will be back and can't wait to try Reuben, cheese steak, fried chicken as well as dinner!

The pizza was incredible with unique toppings that you might not think go together, but was delightful. Went back the next day and got breakfast and a pasty which were also 10/10. I wish I didn't have such a bad taste in my mouth, literally. A week ago I walked over for a breakfast sandwich, the kind one would hope someone couldn't mess up. I ordered the basic bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin. Inedible. How could this be? Surely I must be hyper critical, right? Well my English muffin was raw, totally under-toasted. And since it's an off-brand muffin (I assume) the raw taste was awful. Top this with one single piece of bacon and NO cheese (I don't know if it melted off or what, but only traces of it remained) and my simple breakfast was ruined. Now, nearly every single other review warns of poor service. I have to agree. It must pain this girl to smile. Why work in hospitality if you hate helping people? She was miserable. Not rude or anything, but clearly not interested in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Maybe this business is focused on the catering. But at the end of the day, I'm not going to waste my money on this dining experience, even if it is my only option available. Sad.
