They called me the next day to let me know I did not, in any estimation they could figure, need new tie rod ends. They charged my AC system for $70, and sent me on my way. I'm almost positive they are a chop shop and have been taking parts off of my new engine. The level of incompetence is unbelievable. When I call for updates they "accidentally" disconnect the call, or put me on hold and forget to comeback to the phone. I was told it would be 19 hours of labor to have my car finished. At the time of typing this review they still have not completed my car. I was told they would call me today with an update. They never called. These are horrible people. They are thieves. They are scammers. Not sure how they are still open. Avoid at all costs if you value your time money and sanity. Disgustingly slow and stupid people. Will be reporting this scam shop to the BBB.
