Inaccurate orders and inadequate resolution - Numerous times my order has been missing items, both on drivethru and SkipTheDishes orders. One time missing my son's beverage with his happy meal. He cried. The restaurant's response? Credit equal to to the beverage value, not even the happy meal. Come on... it's not like he enjoyed the meal without his drink. Missed opportunity. 2. Sloppy execution - I have often lifted the lid on my beloved double quarter pounder with cheese to find ketchup smeared on the outside of the bun with onions and pickles piled up on one part of the sandwich and falling out. 3. Stale or cold product - Stale, hard buns and cold fries. I hope the management reads and and corrects these deficiencies. This is the closest McDonald's to me and I want to order here. Once I got my food I took a casual stroll, the place is bigger than it looked from the outside, there are two separate sitting areas separated by the entrance way. The larger area is hidden from street view because it is behind the entrance way; it looks like the restaurant has about 16 tables and can seat about 50 people. May be a tad smaller than a standard fast food restaurant but is big enough for a DQ. Forget about coming as a big group, the biggest booth is for 4. I enjoyed my sundae, I really appreciate that a new "clean" restaurant is born. I know people in the area will definitely enjoy it when the summer comes.
