The one thing no city is ever short of... Burger joints …read more Now the big thing about burger joints is the taste . I much prefer flame broiled than on a flat stove . Carl's jr is flame broiled and if not mistaken, made to order. In other words , it's not sitting in some warm oven in a tray drying up like Mother Hubbard. I've never been to Carl's and after work I was hungry enough and didn't want to cook. I got the western burger which has bacon , onion rings , cheese and two patties ... The place was pretty clean and service was quick. Good burger... Ohh and when you get the receipt, fill out the survey and you get a second FAMOUS STAR burger free when you purchase one . .. hey who doesn't like a 2 for 1 dealm The burger was pretty good .. a bit messy but then again.. it's like ribs.. it's supposed to be!

Fatburger 97 ST: Way…read moreoverpriced - was $43 for 2 burgers, 1 onion ring, and 1 regular milkshake. Really?? Can go to a sit-down restaurant/pub and get 2 full, better meals for same price or even less. Bad food - 1 burger was very dry and tasted mass manufactured like Wendy's or something, other burger was overly drenched in BBQ sauce, and onion rings were bland. Poor service - the manager over charged us, when confronted about it she argued and argued to the point of being rude. Only refunded half of overcharged amount. Please don't scam me to my face when the correct prices are literally right above your head on the massive sign. Will never go back here. Don't understand how they're still in business when Five Guys and Wayback have much better food and are about 40% less expensive. Wayback is just down 97 ST, should've gone there instead.

And on top of that, the fries were the best!!! I felt I'm having a homemade meal in a restaurant! :) I loved my experience and I'm sure I'll go back to this location for more deliciousness! :)

First thing that's unique about this A&W is that there are a TON of outdoor flowers in summer! This makes for a pleasant patio experience, despite it's busy location. They even hang flowers along the drive through for customers to enjoy-who else does that? I was told the manager is responsible, she does it every year. I've also eaten breakfast inside with a group, and we've been impressed the friendly service and coffee top-ups. Place was full of seniors enjoying their morning coffee together. My group was pleasantly surprised by the price and quality. Was also happy to read that their Root beer does not have artificial flavours or colours. No wonder it always tastes the best.

It was a great meal. I love how I got a real plate for my meal as well. There was ample parking and while the restaurant was super busy we still got good service! I'm glad this location is here. I'm not often a A&W burger fan anymore, but the breakfast couldn't have been any better!

Didn't want to be a pain and have it remade so accepted the slushie. Burger patty's were really dry and cheese was forgotten. Not the person taking my orders fault. Company owner needs to invest in new intercom and A&W needs to stop trying to be fancy as I learned at the window she was asking if I wanted a sweet cream or mocha rootbeer milkshake ‍ I just wanted a regular milkshake with regular ice cream. An unfortunate waste of my money this time around.

I love the addition of being able to preorder through the app, especially with COVID. This location has set up social distancing stickers and removed many of their tables, however with the design of the restaurant (with it being narrow) it does make it harder to keep your distance if you're walking back past people. Which is why the order ahead option is so great.
