From the very initial phone call, I was treated like family from Chris. He told me and showed me everything I needed to know about my new purchase. Kita took personal care of me every step of the way and sealed the deal! The CarsNowUSA family has upgraded me from 2008 to a 2015 fully loaded GMC Yukon XL. I love it! The ride is smooth, and it is just what I was looking for. Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. I bought my truck at the beginning of July and…read moreI STILL don't have my plates. The worst part is that the check engine light came on with multiple codes literally as soon as I drove the truck off the lot. I contacted the dealership right away, and I've made multiple trips back trying to get this taken care of. It's a TWO-HOUR drive for me, and I keep wasting my time going back and forth just to get nowhere. Every time I try to contact somebody about the truck, it's nearly impossible to get a straight answer. I get told different things, nobody seems to know what's going on, and at the end of the day the truck still hasn't been fixed. I'm honestly beyond frustrated at this point. I didn't buy a truck from a dealership just to spend my time chasing them around trying to get them to fix problems that showed up immediately after I bought it. I'm now asking them to just send me the parts so I can fix the damn thing myself because apparently that's the only way anything is going to get done. I understand used vehicles can have problems. What I don't understand is completely ignoring the customer after the sale and making them drive four hours round trip multiple times without actually fixing anything. I'm extremely disappointed with how this whole situation has been handled.
