This is double the standard hourly mechanic rate of $80 hour making the fact they couldn't diagnose it even more infuriating! The owner is cocky and completely unprofessional. I brought it in, and we scheduled an appointment a few weeks out for Dec 30. I scheduled a vacation day, and brought the car in at 8am for its scheduled appointment. I made it VERY clear when I dropped it off that I NEED it back for work tomorrow. They assured me that they would re-assemble after troubleshooting so that I could still get to work in the morning. 1 hour before closing time they had still not contacted me with an update. So I tried to call them. Their phone system has no operator. The voicemail box is full and I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. I had someone drive me to the dealership to finally speak to someone. Only to learn that THEY HAD NOT EVEN LOOKED AT IT and everybody had left over an hour ago. They had no intention of calling me. If I had not gone in, they would have kept my car overnight and I would not have been able to get to work this morning. This is not an acceptable way to treat a customer! I made an appointment, multiple weeks in advance and you don't even look at it?!!! WTF??? I understand that you are busy, but that is the entire reason that appointments exist.
