We bought our house in 1998 and have had trouble with leaks almost from the get-go. We had it reroofed with foam through a local Santa Fe roofer in 2003, and it began leaking about three years later. It turns out the acrylic paint they used on their foam was not that great. I've been painting it myself with silicone roof paint, but the leaks finally caught up to my efforts this past winter. We chose 99 Restoration because of their good reputation, and they did not disappoint. Tyler was helpful and responsive to questions. They waited for the right weather to do the best job possible. The polyurea lining on top of the new foam roof seems super-durable, and I feel I can sleep peacefully while I'm listening to the rain fall on our roof. Tyler and Ali did a great job, and I'm confident about the results. I highly recommend them.

Eric had to visit our property a few times to assess the situation and was extremely patient with our tenant, which is a big plus. Their price is quite reasonable too. They are officially become our go to roof company for our NM house and for any referrals in the future.
