Things changed when I took it to Hoglund. Dan got involved immediately. He took care of the estimate, handled everything with the insurance company and keep me in the loop. Because of the high demand for RV's these days, even repairs take longer, especially if ordering parts are involved, so these repairs did take time. No problem, Dan kept me well informed and even sent progress pictures. After completing their work, Dan arranged to send the unit to another shop down the street to have the engine and generator oil changed, saving me both time and having to deal with transportation. I picked up the RV last week and it looks great. Time to head south. I would recommend Hoglund Body, and Dan, very highly.

I went there before going to Tiremaxx and had them go over a car I had just bought just to see what…read morethe car would need and how long I had before it had to be done. They looked at it and told me Few things I needed to take care of in the next few Months. I specifically asked them about the battery since it was November and I wanted to make sure I had a car that started. They told me I had at least half the life of my battery left. Yep, next morning, the car won't start. No I didn't leave the lights on . I took it out myself, drove over to battery's plus and had them test it. Was told i was definitely in need of a new one. Put the new one in and drove over there just to let them know I was very disappointed since they knew I was looking for someone I could trust. The look I received as one of disgust and irritation. Needless to say, I kept looking for a home town mechanic I can trust.

Refused to tow my car home after an accident on 94. Brought it a few miles up the road to his lot…read moreinstead while I went to the ER and charged 130 for it. Said it would be another 200 to bring it to St Cloud (35 miles away). Also threatened to charge a daily storage fee. I ended up having Andy's towing come get it for 180. Should have been brought where I wanted instead of trying to charge me for 2 tows. Also-130 for a 10 minute simple tow. Had to take this tow as my car was blocking the lane and weather was dangerous and he was there before the one I called. Paid 330 total that day!
