The person on the phone said they'd have to run the insurance card to verify so we went on in. When we got there they wouldn't verify that they would accept our insurance, even with the card, and wouldn't see my wife unless they scanned our credit card in advance. I don't know about the docs but the front desk was not helpful. We left and went a couple blocks down the street to Eminence Urgent Care and it was great.

Called today to simply ask if my dr was going to be sending off my urine for a culture, because not every place does that. Some just test u and give u results on if u have a UTI or not. I see a urologist. A specialist. I have to keep up with what my cultures say. The receptionist said "if she said she's going to send it off then she's going to send it off" I said "thats why i'm calling, to see if she is GOING to be sending it off, she never told me that she was" & she continued to talk to me sarcastically & rude, NEVER messaged the dr or went to ask, and then said "MY GOSH" before hanging up the phone with me. Ma'am, u need to go work at McDonald's, they love hiring people with your attitude and trust, I'm gonna meet you with the same attitude the next time I see you. Do better. People like YOU in the medical field is WHY the medical field has a bad rep. Glad I don't have to work with people like you.

At the main entrance there was a very friendly/ helpful gentleman who made sure I knew where I was going. I'm glad that he did because I always find a way to get lost in hospitals. By it being the weekend during visit, , it was a ghost town. However, all the staff I encountered were very helpful. This was my first time at this hospital. I was happy to see that the nurses taking care of my friend were doing a good job!

I was told I'd be there for 24 hours due to some medication that they gave me. My headache was caused from an accessed tooth but these people didnt take that into co consideration. They were rude and just trying to get more money. Theres nothing wrong with my heart. When I first went it, everything was great but when it came to discharge me they just started adding more things which was unnecessary. This is why I stay away from hospitals. They're just there to ise you a guinea pig for theor experiment. Trying to put a heart monitor on someone thats never had heart trouble is absurd. ​

Even though they were packed and busy, they got me in and out quickly. Dr. Baggett listened to my issues and gave me antibiotics and pain meds until I have my root canal next Wednesday. The office is kind of run down looking, but they are supposed to be moving into a new facility any day now. The office staff is normally polite and helpful. Dr Alred herself is soft spoken, patient, and kind. She takes a lot of time with you and gets a thorough history. I was also appreciative of the fact that she answered all of my questions and didn't talk down to me like some doctors have a tendency of doing. They offer in house laboratory services, which is nice than being sent out somewhere else for labs. If you have to call the office for anything, the staff responds to your request in a timely manner.
