Our family has made Dr. Stone our Primary Care Doctor and we will never use anyone else. The team at One Medical are always available (a national team is available after hours) for yearly/semi-yearly labs, wellness visits, and sick visits - and you seriously can walk in and not wait more than 10 minutes. We have access through my employer, however, I have referred friends for a private membership who have thanked me time and again for telling them about this great place!

For over a year I requested phones calls to speak with my daughter's physician or to get appointments to obtain a specialist care. Getting an appointment is a joke, the nurse practitioner should not be able to see any patients due to a coldness that no one in healthcare can have. I mean hello, should be obvious. All my daughter's symptoms were ignored while she was in pain. We were able to set an appointment at a different doctors office and wow the difference. Labs were taken or drawn, a full examination was done. That's care. IMO this place needs to close and work on how to care for patients, how to treat concerns as real concerns, and just I don't know I can't think of any more horrible words to describe this St Vincent's without cussing.
