I met with Dr. Courtney Gregory and she and her team were great. My visit was almost like a consultation to see how to proceed for the next visit. Once she asked her questions I went down to the 1st floor for labs. The nurse was able to get blood on the first try which is always a plus especially when you have small rolling veins. Glad I was referred to them.

Her nurse lied about Dr. Bennett being unable to refill my grandmothers medications. She has denied…read moremy grandfather labs and x-rays with a paper order in hand from a specialist (Dr. Bennett is his GP). Also denied refills on my dad's medications after she verbally told him to increase the dose but he obviously ran out faster than the original script due to the altered dose. She made him wait days before she finally authorized a refill, and during this time he battled with symptoms the medication was helping to control.

I received a text yesterday reminding me that my appointment would be at 10:30 am today and to "pls arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork". I have never personally been to his clinic and was recommended to him by a relative who was nice enough to book the appointment for me. I googled his address and when I arrived and waited to get in, I was informed that he was now located at another location across the street. I drove there, waited in line to have my temperature checked, and was informed again that I was at the wrong building and needed to drive a half mile to the actual location of his office. My appointment was at 10:30 and I arrived and signed the sheet at 10:32. They informed me that I was too late to my appointment to be seen because I needed to really be there at 10 instead of 10:30 even though my appointment is at 10:30. I explained about the confusion with the address. They said they understood, but it didn't matter and that I would have to reschedule for another day even though I have waited 3 months. If in the message the said that it was 100% necessary for me to be there at 10 instead of 10:30 then I would have of course come at 9:45, but it only passively asks you to arrive early to fill out paperwork, which I WOULD HAVE DONE HAD THE ADDRESS ON HIS GOOGLE LISTING BEEN CORRECT! It no where says that it was a mandatory time of 10am in which case you should have it say "MUST BE HERE AT X TIME TO BE SEEN" in which case my appointment should have been at 10 instead of 10:30. We also had 3 months leading up to this appointment so if it was so important that I have this then why not email me the paperwork to have finished beforehand? I have never had this happen with a doctors appointment in my life and am completely thrown off at how unprofessional his staff acted. Very poor scheduling and handling of me as a new patient. I will not be back and do not recommend anyone to go here if this is how they handle their own error by not updating their address. I can't imagine how they would handle me if I had a genuine medical concern so please try anywhere else. He is apparently an amazing doctor, but that's moot if his office handles their business this way.

Eventually my refills were gone and it was time to bite the bullet. A friend recommended Dr. Lipperd, so I called to make an initial appointment. First, I was really happy that this is basically a stand alone location with a private lot. No parking decks, elevators, or long hallways to deal with. The waiting room was pretty crowded, but everyone seemed to be called in a timely manner. I met with a nurse, a nurse practitioner, and then Dr. Lipperd. All three were friendly and seemed to actually care. After discussing my medical history and current and past medications, I felt VERY comfortable with the entire group. I think I've found my new general practitioner.

He would prescribe meds, yet it would take multiple follow up calls to his office over the course of a couple of days for them to submit it to the pharmacy. Rarely would anyone answer the office line, it was mostly an answering machine and calls were hardly ever returned. Definitely not a way to run a medical office! Thankfully my parents found an amazing primary care doctor who actually cares, after Dr. Ricketts seemingly dropped off the face of the Earth for the second time without any notice or follow up.

The have the best doctors, nurses and overall service hands down, they show empathy and concern for the patients and their families. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. We have recently switched to the Grandview practices and its only up from here. My dad has the best care, they help him with resources for meal prep for diabetics and they are very hands on with explaining and helping patients with making steps to reach health life goals. The basics: I was told a PA was submitted on my behalf in Dec 2025. From experience, I know it takes them longer than most to do anything. They never got back to me so I reached out to them only to find out their PA person didn't do what he told me he was going to do, but they wouldn't just tell me he didn't do it, they skirted around the very direct question of did he submit it or did he not submit it. Since I'm here posting this, you already know he didn't. I would *truly* go elsewhere if you have any major health issues. There's just too much incompetence to risk it. I suffered heart failure for MONTHS before they caught it. Run. Kristin: It was a mistake asking Steve to call me. I recorded the phone call. Steve tells several versions of what happened on the call he made to me back in December because that's what happens when you are lying. When someone makes an irrefutable point, the lie has no choice but to evolve. Tell Steve if he's going to try and gaslight someone, he better make sure there isn't a recording. If you are a medical provider and you tell a patient you are doing something and you don't, then you shouldn't be a medical provider any longer. I'm going to research everything I can on the laws and ethics of what he's done and I'm going to file a complaint. You shouldn't be responsible for people's lives if you don't have the character or capability to hold such a responsibility. Follow-through is not optional in medical care. If you tell a patient you are doing something and you don't do it, there have to be reprecusions or you will continue to do it. I got the impression from some of the staff that Steve lacked the character and capability to do his job. I see why now. He's a liability. Had you just admitted that he NEVER submitted the RDI score like he told me he was going to do back in December, then I could have used the information and moved on. You decided to dance around my very pointed question and made it a whole lot worse. Lastly, if there are "documents" associated with the PA submission, then they are part of the file. Concealing or withholding them means it's an incomplete file that you are trying to pass off as complete. If I ask for that information and you don't provide it, you are withholding my file from me. No one's asking for or expecting a piece of paper with scribbled notes and doodles, supporting documentation is an entirely different animal and it's disengenuous to imply otherwise.

With getting older you tend to need a little more attention, and with our new doctor you get the feeling she really is concerned with you overall health. Really after going here for 4 years the only complaint I really have is the re-authorization for 1 of my maintenance prescription. Will still continue to use this location for 2 reasons, it's close and the care we receive. .

For over a year I requested phones calls to speak with my daughter's physician or to get appointments to obtain a specialist care. Getting an appointment is a joke, the nurse practitioner should not be able to see any patients due to a coldness that no one in healthcare can have. I mean hello, should be obvious. All my daughter's symptoms were ignored while she was in pain. We were able to set an appointment at a different doctors office and wow the difference. Labs were taken or drawn, a full examination was done. That's care. IMO this place needs to close and work on how to care for patients, how to treat concerns as real concerns, and just I don't know I can't think of any more horrible words to describe this St Vincent's without cussing. Sis, this ain't for us. Find someone to provide care and not just let writhe in pain for over a year. One star is mandatory but know in my heart, this is a big fat 0
