She is knowledgeable, professional, and someone I have felt confident following medically. However, over the last couple of years, my annual appointments have consistently been with a physician assistant rather than with Dr. Leong. Unfortunately, my experiences with this provider have been disappointing. I have felt talked over during visits, not fully listened to, and at times treated as though my concerns were an inconvenience. I raised these concerns previously and was told I would not have to see this provider again, yet at my most recent visit I was scheduled with her again. The most concerning experience occurred when I became extremely ill. My wife called the office to request medication for nausea and was told that if we did not hear back, we should check the pharmacy. There was no follow-up call and no prescription sent. For a patient of more than two decades, that lack of communication and care felt dismissive and unacceptable. I still have respect for Dr. Leong, but the overall patient experience has declined. Long-term patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for -- especially when acutely ill. I hope the practice and anyone thinking of joining takes this feedback seriously.

Dr Devani listened attentively to every health history detail, thoughtfully asked good questions, did some research on the spot, and he just genuinely cared about about my mental and physical well-being! A very quiet, unassuming practice in the corner of the second floor of a physician's medical…read morebuilding. I'm a new patient for primary care, so I was required to come an hour early to fill out paperwork (the entire visit including new patient paperwork and then bloodwork in the lab after my examination took right around two hours total). There's nothing significant to say about the office--it's your run-of-the-mill doctor's office with fluorescent lighting, a few magazines, and a TV on the wall tuned to HGTV. I was, however, impressed with the level of care. I met the nurse (Nikki) first, and she was very receptive and friendly as she weighed me and took my blood pressure. I waited for about 15 minutes in the examination room before Dr. Looney saw me. He was also great--very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He asked me a lot of questions about my previous doctors and care, and was very attentive as he allowed me to ask all the questions I had for him. After my visit, he led me back to Nikki's station to make my next appointment, and then they sent me off to the lab (the bloodwork is done at Quest Diagnostics, which is a laboratory on the same floor as the doctor's office). I also like the fact that they use MyChart, which is an online portal where you track your exam/test results, bloodwork, prescriptions, and future appointments. This patient portal also allows you to send notes directly to the doctor between visits. Overall, I enjoyed and appreciated this new practice and everyone who worked there. Now that I'm officially in their system, I'm hoping the next visit won't take quite as long.

Dr. Looney is about as looney as a lonney bird ! He's very arrogant and disrespectful and will not…read moretreat you as a patient but rather as a paycheck and doesn't treat you if you are sick ! He is a very bad primary physician and shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine! If you go in sick instead of giving you a broad spectrum antibiotic he waits for lab work to show your white blood cell count is high then waits for no reason to finally call in a antibiotic so you are sick for 2-3 more days without antibiotics! I know I am a pharmacist ! I made a review about him before instead of calling me and discussing my issues he just didn't even care whether my health care mattered I didn't write a review to be bad but he forced me to write a review!

Office staff is just short of rude and lab is very slow - 20-30 minute wait even with appointment. Labcorp results took over two weeks to be presented! You will typically wait for all services.
