I came in with a list and could not find a few of the items here either, and asked an associate if they had them in stock. The employee was very friendly and assisted me with searching for the items I could not find, but they did not have them here either. Luckily, the trip wasn't a total loss and I was able to find a few of the items on her list, even if it wasn't everything. Sadly, CVS has those items at more expensive price than other stores, but I had little choice. I got the items and got out, and my grandmother was thankful for the help.

He didn't bother to check that or attempt to get it from any store and have it shipped. My complaint to him was why advertise a product on sale if it's not available and/or if there are stipulations. He didn't understand that's false advertising. I left the store and called Publix Customer Service. It turns out the sunscreen is sold in Hoover and they are working to get it shipped to me at BOGO. Two different experiences of customer service with Publix today. One poor and maybe one good. For Publix prices, I expect perfection!

The aisles are nice and organized and the store is clean (including the bathrooms). Normally when coming to Walmart I get overwhelmed with finding what I need and getting distracted with buying things I don't need lol. However this is not the case, I am able to easily able to find my items check out and go home. The only recommendation I have is to make the self checkout option available on the non grocery side a tad bit later for quicker check out. The line for the pharmacy drive-through section was pretty long so I decided to pick it up on the inside. It was still a line, but they were moving pretty fast. My checkout experience with the pharmacy technician was very quick and easy. She was also very nice. Once I picked up my medication, I decided to stroll through the aisles to look for some beauty products as usual the isles were very neat, tidy organized, and everything that I was looking for I found with ease, I was also greeted by the front end cashier. She was very sweet and made my check out experience very easy and quick. Overall, I love coming to the CVS because they have great customer service. I don't like the membership and rewards programs that they have to offer. You really have to be on your 'A' game to make it pay off (in my opinion). It is free, but it just always seems to be kind of a hassle. The store itself is clean and has all the normal CVS stuff that you would expect to find. Probably not everything you need to prevent a trip to a Walmart or Target, but stuff to probably tide you over is you are trying to avoid a crowd. The staff are friendly and helpful and probably give the review rating a slight boost in this case. Other wise I probably would have leaned towards a 3 star. All in all, for what they are, this isn't a bad location.
